3 bedroom beautiful caravan with large decking area facing lovely wooded area situated on Larch Grove, just 2 mins walk from black rock Sands beach.
The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen including a full size fridge / freezer and slimline dishwasher with crockery to cater for up to 6 people.
There is a spacious dining and living room area.
The lovely decking area is perfect for guests to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.
The caravan is ideally located for families with children as Larch Grove is a cul de sac meaning there is no through traffic and children can play out safely.
Duvets and pillows are provided but guests must bring their own duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets as well as towels, bathroom floor mats and tea towels.
Activity passes are not included in booking fees.
A breakage deposit of £100 is required and will be returned following checkout once the caravan has been cleaned and checked and in accordance with ukcaravan4hire terms and conditions.
Cleaning fees are included in the booking fee.
The caravan is beautiful and only 2 years old, it hasn't been rented before this season.
Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival and guests need to have checked out by 10am on the day of departure.

Passes are not included in the prices.
If you intend buying passes in advance of your stay please contact us and we will arrange for a link to be sent to you to purchase online.
You do not need passes to use the arcade or visit the onsite pub, but if you want to use the indoor pool or go to the entertainment onsite you will need these.
