The property

This is our 3 bedroom ABI Clarendon that sleeps up to 6 within our master with the benefit of an en-suite and two further twin bedrooms. We have a large lounge with an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, TV, Starlink high speed internet to keep your family connected, an electric fire and french doors leading out on to the front decking area. The nicely fitted kitchen comes with a gas oven, hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave oven and air fryer.

The dining area seats up to 4 people. The decking area to the side has comfortable outdoor seating and a BBQ, and the front decking area is accessed through patio doors from the lounge and has a rattan table and chairs. Our caravan is situated in a quiet part of Haven’s Greenacres, it is just a 2 minute walk to the complex where a wide variety of amenities are available, including: a shop, arcade, bar and restaurant, Papa John’s Pizza, Millie’s cookies, chip shop and the recently refurbished Marina bar and lounge.

There is also a soft play, swimming facilities, playgrounds, mini golf and sports pitch.

Some amenities do require the purchase of a play pass directly from Haven (these are NOT included within the rental price). Black Rock Beach is a very short walk from the caravan too for those wishing to spend their days enjoying the beautiful beach and sea. A short drive or bus ride into Porthmadog and other popular destinations such as Portmeirion, Beddgelert, Harlech and Caernarfon are within easy reach.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caernarfon. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands. The area also boasts castles at Criccieth and Harlech, and superb unspoilt beaches such as Black Rock Sands, where the sands stretch as far as the eye can see. Also within reach is the famous Zip World Slate Caverns and Bounce Below where you can get involved with a variety of activities including the thrilling zip wires and underground caverns to explore; there is something here to suit the whole family. An ideal location for the attractions of Snowdonia and the The Llyn Peninsula.
