The property

Our caravan for hire on Greenacres Holiday Park, is a luxury, 2018 Beaumont (42’ x 14’) caravan, rated ‘Platinum’ by Haven. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan lounge/diner, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor decking area. Within the lounge/diner is a TV, Freeview box and DVD player.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large gas oven with 5 rings, along with all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery - everything you will need for your stay. The caravan has a master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, one having full size beds that can be pushed together to create a double.

One of the bedrooms has a wall-mounted TV/DVD player. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink, as well as a heated towel rail. Outside the caravan is a new decking area, with a large comfortable seating area to relax and socialise.

We have a BBQ area that is situated on a patio and a dining area to the side of the caravan can be used during your stay for an outdoor dining experience. There is parking for two cars alongside the caravan. To the front of the caravan is a large grassed area, which is great for the children to play safely, with an excellent view from the lounge through the patio doors. For your safety there are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors fitted in the caravan.

There is also an alarm fitted.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caernarfon. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands. The area also boasts castles at Criccieth and Harlech, and superb unspoilt beaches such as Black Rock Sands, where the sands stretch as far as the eye can see. Also within reach is the famous Zip World Slate Caverns and Bounce Below where you can get involved with a variety of activities including the thrilling zip wires and underground caverns to explore; there is something here to suit the whole family. An ideal location for the attractions of Snowdonia and the The Llyn Peninsula.
