The property

The van has a double bedroom with ensuite toilet and dressing area room for a travel cot and 2 twin single bedrooms, .

There is a toilet and shower room . Please note that duvets and pillows are provided, however you must bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels ect.

The van runs on bottled gas and has a gas combi central heating system with thermostatic radiator valves it has double glazing and both a carbon monoxide and smoke detector fitted. We offer Friday to Friday bookings, Monday-Friday and Friday to Monday, with entry after 2:00pm on the day of arrival and departure by 10:00am.

Departure needs to be prompt to allow for cleaning ready for the next guest. SUMMER HOLIDAY WEEKS ARE SAT to SAT ONLY.

We have a strictly NO SMOKING policy in the van also NO PETS.

A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. A returnable security deposit of £50.00 is payable at the time of paying the balance, We visit the van regulary, so I will return this to you as soon as this visit has happened and there is no damage AND the key has been returned.

I use signed postage for the key.

The vans is suitable for an adult only holiday if you want!, or enjoy a trip on Ffestiniog railway.

There is Snowdonia and Portmeirion to visit, Criccieth, Caernarvon and Harlech all have castles.

PORTHMADOG

Harlech 5 miles; Caernarfon 19 miles.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caernarfon. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands. The area also boasts castles at Criccieth and Harlech, and superb unspoilt beaches such as Black Rock Sands, where the sands stretch as far as the eye can see. Also within reach is the famous Zip World Slate Caverns and Bounce Below where you can get involved with a variety of activities including the thrilling zip wires and underground caverns to explore; there is something here to suit the whole family. An ideal location for the attractions of Snowdonia and the The Llyn Peninsula.
