You will be hiring a 6 Berth Luxury Platinum Holiday Home that’s situated just a short walking distances from all the activities and reception.
It has double glazing and has full central heating with radiators in every room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, gas oven and grill, four gas burners microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and crockery and pans to cater the group of six.
Dining table and chairs seating four, we can provide a highchair if necessary.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and private toilet and wash basin and TV with intergrated DVD, and two smaller rooms are 4 single beds; both of these bedrooms have a TV, one is TV/DVD.
Adequate pillows one double duvet and four single duvets are in the bedrooms.
Beds wlll be made up on your arrival.
The shower room has a large shower and toilet and shaver socket.
The living area is spacious with electric fire, flat screen smart television, DVD player, family DVD’s.
The living area has large French windows, that open out to a 12ft by 6ft veranda with seating.
Outside there's a picnic table.
Bed are made for your arrival, enquirer, this will save on your luggage and washing.
We will leave a hand towels and bath towels for your use whilst in the caravan,, please don’t take them to the pool.
Please bring your own beach towels for use at the pool,, the pool is glorious.
We do provide many items for the start of your break to save on your initial cost, salt, pepper, vinegar, cooking oil, ketchup, brown sauce, mayo, apple sauce, mint sauce, mustard, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, washing-up liquid, tea towels, all the home comforts.
Beautiful, well appointed and fully equipped 6 berth caravan close to all site amenities, which includes a Laundrette, Swimming Pool, Arcade, Sports Bar, Outside and Indoor Entertainment, Ice Cream Parlour, Adventure Playground, Takeaway, Cafe and Burger Bar, plus Outdoor Bar.
Marine Holiday Park is a 10/15 minute walk from the local train station, a short walk from the town centre shops, bars, beaches and local nature walks.
There are 2 fun fairs in nearby Towyn.
Please note, upon arrival at Marine Holiday Park a holiday pass will be charged to arriving guests.

The 2023 prices for both complex and barrier entry remain the same as 2022!
Passes and barrier entry are required when a guest at Marine Holiday Park.

Please note - these fees are charged by the site which is out of our control.
We request £100 bond to be paid on booking, this secures your holiday, if for what ever reason you can not keep to the rules of the owners or Marine Park we will retain the £100.
Should you damage any content we will retain the £100; you will receive this back if you leave the holiday home as you found it.
If we cannot re let the the holiday home, should you cancel we will retain what you have paid.
If we can re-let the holiday home for the price you booked your holiday with the owners, we will return your money, minus a £50 deposit for administration fees.
We are available 24/7 and our numbers along with the Holiday Parks Security are clearly displayed in the caravan; so please if you break something please report it so I can replace it for the next person’s holiday enjoyment, we will only retain the replacement price.
We also expect the holiday home to be as you found it clean and tidy.
