Everything u need for a great break. Beach is really close but didn’t realise no dogs allowed on this stretch between May and end of September. Still could get onto beach further down just had to drive as weather was really hot and bulldog not good walking far. Indian across the road serves a lovely meal and loads of places to eat on the high street

“We had a really nice relaxed visit.”

The caravan is very cosy and has everything you need ( except a large frying pan). The water pressure is off the scale and we felt like we'd had a power shower. Fabulous. Loads of seating. Outside the verandah is safe for the pooches and gated. Only downside is the grass leading to the steps was very muddy and wet, so we had dog towels everywhere. Would definitely benefit from gravel or pavers to walk/drive on. All in all we will definitely book again.

“We have just returned from our brilliant holiday in this lovely caravan.”

Lovely caravan, with large decking and spotlessly clean. Everything we could have wished for. Lovely and comfortable and lots of home comforts. Even a welcome gift for us and the dog. Brilliant wifi too. Dionne was so lovely with great communication, at all times. We were very sad to leave. Thank you so much Dionne and we hope to return very soon.

“We all loved our stay.”

Caravan was clean and we had everything that we needed for our stay. The decking was ideal for our dog allowing him roam in and out safely. The site itself was clean and tidy and the beech only a few minutes walk from the caravan. We will love to visit again.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Nice welcome pack. The decking is an excellent addition and catches the sun for most of the day. A 10 minute walk into town with bus and train services. Everything you could wish for.

“My husband and I and 3 young granddaughters have just returned from three nights in this excellent van.”

Everything was available to make it an great break. The girls particularly loved how close the play area is and the big decking. We have stayed at a few caravans on the site and I have to say this felt very spacious in the living area, a must with 3 excited under 10 year old girls! Also most importantly the fact there is private WiFi made for some quiet periods for exhausted grandparents! The owner was very responsive at all times and makes this a van we will be returning to!

“What can I say .”

.. what a lovely time we had. I took my mum and dog for a short break and the van seemed to have everything that would suit us. It did not disappoint. Communication from Dionne was great, caravan spotless and had everything you could need, even great wifi !! Situated in a lovely location. Hopefully will be booking again soon Thank you .

“We stayed over the May half term week ,3 adults, a five year old and the dog.”

The caravan is lovely, very clean and comfortable. Was lovely to have treats for humans and pup , thank you very much. In a great position on the site with wrap around decking which was excellent for pup and humans alike, very secure. Lots to explore in the area and great access to the beach very close to the site. Found lots of home comforts and extra thoughtful items in the caravan . Would like to return at some point. Thank yo7 for sharing your haven with us x ????

“Just returned from a fabulous week’s stay .”

Lovely caravan and very well equipped.Even though the weather was really hot the caravan was cool with all the windows open . We took are teenage daughter and our dog . The beach is fantastic and less than a 5 minute walk away .Prestatyn town centre can easily be walked to and has a lot of shops and nice cafes . Will be returning again next year , very highly recommended.

“I have just got back from a lovely couple of days here with my 3 teenage boys and our dog.”

We had an amazing time! The caravan is perfect and very clean. I loved the little touches, a basket with some biscuits and a drink for us and some dog biscuits. Also a dog basket with bowls and a blanket incase you don't take your own. The park itself is lovely and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Dionne the owner was very quick to reply to emails and I would definitely go back.

..this is an absolute credit to the owners immaculately clean a lovely van very comfortable fully equipped for our doggy amazing thankyou so much he loved his day..? very helpful lady when we couldn't figure the gas out we are booking for next year already the children loved it there was a football court a stones throw ???? & a great little park tgey all 3 loved it 13yr old 9yr & 8yr so that made it happy days for us All Thankyou again Dionne as I cannot thank you enough for being so genuine and helpful & honest ? 5star plus for tgis beautiful home xx

Their location is on a fantastic park was nice and quiet and clean and friendly. We had a lovely time with our grandson. It’s a lovely well equipped caravan with everything you need (including some goodies). A nice large decked area that was secure for our grandson to zap up and down on and catches the sun for a good amount of time. overall a nice break

Also was great that there were cleaning products, tea and coffee, kitchen roll etc, things I normally bring away with me on these types of holidays were already there so all bases were covered. My only criticism would be that there is no WiFi, not a big deal for some people but if you wanted to bring your laptop and do some work or bring a fire stick to watch films or kids wanted to use their tablets you aren’t able to.

Our homely caravan which has a large decked area with comfortable sofa and chairs is just a short stroll from the stunning sandy beach where amazing sunsets can be seen. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom which has a tv and dvd but an extra bed can be added There is also a double pull out bed in the lounge area All bed linen, hand towels and tea towels are included The caravan is situated within eye distance of the park and is situated in the corner of a large green.
