We absolutely love coming here whether with our children or just a date weekend for anniversary. Super clean, home from home and everything you need for an amazing weekend/week away! “We had a lovely short stay in this van.”

From start to finish the owner was attentive courteous and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. When we arrived the place smelt amazing and was immaculately clean and tidy. Lovely little touches included blankets laid out on the beds for the children and even making sure we had milk in the fridge when we arrived. There are plenty of things to make use of in the van too, including DVDs , playing cards, dominoes and even some toys. The beds and towels were very nice too. The location of the van is perfect and outside there is a nice little table and chairs, lawn and flowers. The pictures do not do this van justice. It’s even more perfect in person. Will 100 percent be booking again. Best van we’ve had in a long time. ????

“We have stayed in this caravan a couple of times now .”

.Christine is a great host very friendly….the van is very clean and fresh..,we sleep well here and the main bed room is spacious and is large enough to iron clothes in there or if needed a cot will fit ..The shower is great and you have a fully equipped kitchen if you wish to prepare food., and there is sturdy table and chairs outside to use….The van is situated by the children’s park and reception area with cafe..I love staying here it is great bolt hole to spend time by the sea and is great value for money ,,,Ile definitely be booking again..Thanks so much christine????

“Very impressed with everything.”

The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need and spotlessly clean throughout. It has such a warm homely feeling. The site is easy to find and in a great location, The beach is a short walk away and has lots of things to do regardless of age. A short drive takes you to a great little town centre with a good selection of shops, cafes and takeaways and even a cinema. Booking was easy and the owner was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble - I would not hesitate in recommending.

“Campsite was very easy to find.”

1st impressions was very good . Clean & tidy caravan. Everything provided. As previous reveiwers have stated a nice little play area for the grandkids aged 8 & 12.. Host of shops a short drive away. Beach not crowded at all and 5 min walk through the site. If you need the arcades, cinema etc rhyl is only 3 miles away Will deffo be trying to book again next year . Thanks again for letting us use the home ... . .

Great site grandchildren loved it, ages 6-10 years, 5 minute walk to the beach, cafe bar and large playground on site play area suitable for teens as well staff very pleasant and very helpful

Easy to find location caravan was in a nice quiet place it’s close to reception and park if you have kids Only a 5 minute walk away from the lovely beach and cafes and around 10 minutes from a lovely, cosy pub the cook house carvery Caravan was absolutely spotless clean and tidy, plenty of room around the caravan , Owner had plenty of comfy blankets and dvd’s making nights cosy with the fire on Would 100% go again nice little break away Caravan is also close to -mini golf and just a short drive to bowling
