Our beautiful family owned 6 berth caravan, situated on a clean, quiet, well maintained site with beautiful gardens in Prestatyn, North Wales.
Our caravan has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two other rooms which have two single beds in each room.
Each room has a wardrobe, shelving units and bedside units.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower cubicle and wash basin with storage beneath the basin.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a sink, fridge with upper freezer compartment, microwave ,toaster, kettle, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner and full size gas cooker.
All crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc is provided and there is plenty of storage in the upper and lower cabinets.
In the sitting area there is a dining table, plenty of seating space, television, DVD player, CD DAB radio ,a large varied selection of DVD's and a gas fire.
Outside you will find the decked seating area, with table, chairs and parasol perfect for relaxing with a drink in the afternoon sun or in the evening.
To the front of the caravan is a garden and there is parking for one car at the rear end of the caravan.
This site is very flat so is ideal for families with push chairs or the elderly but there are steps up to the caravan door.
As this caravan is privately owned we take great pride in keeping it clean and tidy and as you will hopefully see, there is a lot of love that has gone into this caravan and is still going into it.
That said we hope you enjoy this caravan and site as much we do and have a wonderful holiday and create many happy memories.

Please note that we supply pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors and duvets but we do not supply sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers or blankets.
To allow for cleaning between lettings, check in is no earlier than 4pm and check out no later than 10:00am (unless agreed beforehand)
