“We had a great time.”

The caravan was good and the facilities were great. The only downside I guess is the arcade none of the change machine seem to work when I was there but otherwise yes it's good

with all the extras eg bedding Wi-Fi Total cost £359.00 + £54 on arrival for passes total £413 same break booked through the caravan site )179.90 Inclusive of everything including passes I appreciate that not all the cost goes to the owner I will never book with any private owners out of season again without checking prices with site to compare price differences As to pay double the cost is outrageous with Ukcaravans4hire taking a huge chunk of the overall costs

“We had a lovely stay at The Beach Hut.”

The caravan was well equipped and had everything that we needed for the stay. The games and DVD's are a really nice touch and the outside decking area was larger than it looks in the pictures so a pleasant surprise. Location is excellent being near to the swimming pool and a short walk from the main entertainment complex. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

“On arrival we were very pleased with what we seen,the caravan was lovely and clean and plenty of room.”

The owners had thought about everything to make your stay very comfortable. From dad's,bored game and a wii to play. We lived all the extra homily bits they had added to the decor. With covid we didn't buy the park passes as was very happy to stay in every night.

“Can’t fault the ‘The Beach Hut’ at all.”

Everything was spot on with all the comforts of home and a few little extras. The decor and soft furnishings really make it like a hut by the beach. Excellent location...right by swimming pool and only a short 2/3 minute walk to main clubhouse. Although the kitchen facilities in caravan were great try the sports bar on site for an excellent meal...food really good and reasonably priced. We are a family ages 59,58,34,35,4 and a 6 week old. Something for us all. Had a fabulous 4 nts. Thanks. ????

“We had a lovely stay at the beach hut, just a shame about the owners as we had an issue about a mirror not being on the wall properly as a stopper was missing making the mirror wobbly.”

. which is very worrying especially as we have a small child. Luckily it was only me in the bathroom at the time it happened and no accidents were caused. We rang the owner straight away who reassured us this wouldn't be going off our deposit fee.. when we came to check out the owner has declined the deposit fee and now won't return the money back to us and saying they are now charging us for the mirror. During our stay we also noticed another person's pair of glasses under the bed sheets which make us think the beds were not changed which is extremely concerning especially during Covid. Extremely disappointed.

We have read your feedback and feel we need to comment for guests reading this. The caravan is cleaned to a very high standard following all COVID rules. We have always had positive reviews and never any issues. Our team of cleaners not only clean the caravan they also inform us to any issues that need and require immediate attention. The mirror as stated by the guest was not “wobbly” or loose as would have been immediately removed or if this wasn’t possible the guest would have been contacted and the holiday cancelled as we are very strict on health and safety. We feel upset that the guest has not only posted negative and hurtful comments on here but also on social media which can potentially harm and put off new guests. We wish this guest all the best for the future. Property Owner

We had an amazing time for our little break enjoyed every minute the caravan was brilliant smart and stylish and a few lovely gifts of wine coffee sugar and tea n milk were left on our arrival hope to be booking very soon

“What a beautiful cosy caravan.”

Had a lovely few days at the beach hut with our little girl. Everything you could need within the van and communication with the owner was superb. Great location on site and was in a quiet area and the decking was an added bonus . The little train passes the van , the driver always rang the bell for my little girl , she thought this was amazing! Everywhere was very clean and fresh and the van also had hand wash and gels available to use. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again . Thanks again for a great little stay.

“We had a nights stay at the beautiful Beach Hut, such a cosy caravan with lots of additional things that make it a home from home such as games and a console, some dvds and puzzles etc which are perfect for Chilling out in the lovely surroundings, fantastic outdoor area which felt safe for the kids to get some fresh air without running off!”

All equipment that you would need and more! Lovely quality soft furnishings, bedding etc. The caravan was in a great spot for us and from the start communication with Emma was prompt and clear. Would definitely recommend a stay here, we hope to be back next year for a longer stay.

Prestatyn 4 miles; Colwyn Bay 14 miles.

Rhyl is a seaside resort nestled between Prestatyn and Colwyn Bay along the North Wales coastline. Rhyl has golden beaches that stretch for six miles along the coast. The centre of Rhyl provides numerous activities to enjoy such as the Seaquarium. There is a Crown Green bowling Centre, miniature golf, tennis, squash courts, go karts, arcades, and Botanical Gardens. A sheltered harbour allows access to numerous water sports, such as sailing and kayaking, or further afield you will find white water rafting, climbing and caving, and the renowned Offa’s Dyke walking trail, just down the coast in Prestatyn which is a four mile drive or a three mile walk if you fancy leaving the car at home.
