“One of the previous guests had vomited on the bed in one of the double bedrooms.”
The smell on the quilt, linen and mattress made the bedroom unusable.
We requested new bedding which we were told was supplied by the cleaner on the second day, this was an outright lie.
A new quilt and pillows were thrown into the caravan on day 4 knocking over a drink, the bed was not made
The mattress still smelt which made the bedroom still unusable.
The following day the smell of the mattress was ok.
So 3 out 0f 5 nights my adult son had to sleep on the settee.
The owner initially seeming to agree a refund of £200 saying she had contacted the booking site to arrange this, subsequently after a complaint was raised she claimed the issue had been dealt with the best it could and refused any refund
