    “The caravan listing was very misleading.”

    The caravan was quite expensive for an old model. The single glazed windows was not great. The caravan was not clean at all, the cooker was greasy as well as the worktops, the utensils were dirty, cobwebs in every corner, the floor had bits on and carpets were stained. On arrival our check in was 3pm however we were late due to traffic and to our surprise the cleaner was just leaving at 3.30pm. We opened the door to a soaking wet floor, which she had just mopped. On arrival our check in was 3pm however we were late due to traffic and to our surprise the cleaner was just leaving at 3.30pm. We opened the door to a soaking wet floor, which she had just mopped. The sink in the toilet over flows. The internet and tv did not work either. Thankfully we had other family in other caravans so we spent all of our time with them in theirs. I appreciate that the cleanliness may not always be to an individuals expectation however this was the worst van iv stayed in, so much so we didn’t stay for our 2nd night. Very disappointing way to end the half term.

The property

Cosy 3 Bedroom 8 berth Caravan for rental and making memories. The caravan is roomy with 3 bedrooms 2 x twin rooms and a double room with a full double. The sofa bed is a pull out double too. It has a large lounge and dining area A full kitchen featuring a gas oven and an air fryer The shower room has a toilet and sink and there is a second WC with toilet and sink- handy for families! We have a decking area with lights that come on at dusk and a corner sofa to enjoy a drink or two on a summers evening The plot of the caravan is fantastic, the decking catches the sun for most of the day as it is not overshadowed by any other caravans and its a few minutes walk from the sites entertainment. The caravan has a TV and fire stick with Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ and Apple TV.

Complimentary Wifi is also available. We've even popped a few games in there too.

We can not provide passes for the entertainment on site including a pool with slides, but they can be bought at a very reasonable price at the site office Although we do supply duvets and pillows we do not supply any linens so please bring your own duvet covers, pillowcases and towels.

Rhyl is a seaside resort nestled between Prestatyn and Colwyn Bay along the North Wales coastline. Rhyl has golden beaches that stretch for six miles along the coast. The centre of Rhyl provides numerous activities to enjoy. There is a Crown Green bowling Centre, miniature golf, tennis, squash courts, go karts, arcades, and Botanical Gardens. A sheltered harbour allows access to numerous water sports, such as sailing and kayaking, or further afield you will find white water rafting, climbing and caving, and the renowned Offa’s Dyke walking trail, just down the coast in Prestatyn which is a four mile drive or a three mile walk if you fancy leaving the car at home. Within a short drive you can discover the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, Victorian Llandudno, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Rhuddlan and Denbigh Castles, or historic Chester with its wonderful shops and architecture. A great location for all the family!
