    “Brilliant stay.”

    Caravan was lovely and private. No issues at all and we really enjoyed ourselves. Location is very quiet but lots to do. We will definitely return.

The property

Located on 'The Meadows' within the stunning Aberdunant Holiday Park, Snowdonia, renowned for it's beautiful setting within 200 acres of woodland, with it's own nature trails, waterfalls and an abundance of wildlife.

The holiday park is perfectly located just a few miles from Porthmadog/Bedgelert/Criccieth and other renowned areas in this beautiful part of North Wales.

'The Meadows' is a quiet and spacious area of the park designed in a pretty horse-shoe style with cabins arranged in a staggered pattern around the outside of the central 'meadow' area.

Just a few yards from the cabin is access to the woodland area and a five minute walk in the opposite direction is the Aberdunant Hall Hotel and restaurant, with a public restaurant (pet friendly area) outdoor terrace, covered terrace/pizzeria and adjacent childrens outdoor play area.

The cabin is situated in a lovely, sunny, private spot a couple of minutes walk from the woodland areas, and benefitting from a slightly elevated position which is accessed via a sloping, stepped, pathway with handrail (see photo).

When you're not out and about exploring, the cabin is a perfect space for a small family, group of friends or couple’s retreat, just soak up nature on the spacious private decked area with it's natural, woodland vibe or simply cosy up inside and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.

The holiday home itself is a modern, 2 bed Swift - Biarritz, comprising: * A spacious lounge area with smart TV/fire stick * Separate kitchen/dining area, with a good selection of utensils and equipment, perfect for cooking up a family meal or cosy dinner for two. * Master bedroom with king size bed, overbed storage, mirrored dressing table area with chest of drawers, 2 open wardrobe/hanging spaces and an en-suite toilet. * Second bedroom with twin beds (can be adapted to a small double) with overbed storage and a single wardrobe. * Second bathroom with a large shower. AMENITIES : The caravan is equipped with a good range of kitchen equipment, including: • Hair dryer • Re-chargeable vacuum cleaner • Iron and ironing board, clothes airer • Range of kitchen cooking utensils and equipment including: pans, oven trays, cooking utensils, colander, knives, veggie peeler, tin/bottle opener, scissors, chopping boards, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, glasses, children's cups. • Kettle, toaster, microwave, • Fridge and freezer • Dustpan/brush, sponge mop and bucket • Desk top cooling fans x 2 & oil filled electric radiators x 2 • Kitchen essentials such as: foil, cling film, salt & pepper, bin liners, washing up liquid, cleaning materials • Bathroom essentials i.e.

toilet rolls, shower gel and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. LINEN PACKAGE: Duvets & Pillows are provided (super king size in the master and single size in the twin room), for guest convenience, we offer a full linen service at an extra cost of £20 which includes- Duvet Covers, Sheets, Pillow Cases, Bath Sheets, Hand Towels, Bath Mats, Tea Towels etc. This service also includes make up and strip down service of all beds on check-in and check-out please see extras section to select this option. If guests prefer they can bring their own bedding and linen, Please ensure that this is specified on booking. THE OUTSIDE DECKING AREA: The holiday home is located in an elevated position accessed via a sloping stepped pathway with handrail. There is an enclosed decked area with small outdoor dining table and 4 chairs, outdoor parasol, 2 x comfy chairs with coffee table, outdoor BBQ table (for use with disposable BBQ’s) and large outdoor storage box for guest use if needed; the storage box also contains a few items of beach equipment, sweeping brush etc which guests are welcome to use.

PETS: • One or two small/medium breed dogs are welcome (please contact the owner if you are unsure or require any variation to this requirement). PARKING: There is parking for one vehicle on the plot with additional parking available in the communal parking area just a few yards from the cabIn.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caernarfon. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands. The area also boasts castles at Criccieth and Harlech, and superb unspoilt beaches such as Black Rock Sands, where the sands stretch as far as the eye can see. Also within reach is the famous Zip World Slate Caverns and Bounce Below where you can get involved with a variety of activities including the thrilling zip wires and underground caverns to explore; there is something here to suit the whole family. An ideal location for the attractions of Snowdonia and the The Llyn Peninsula.
