However, the caravan itself we was absolutely mortified it hadn’t been cleaned properly, for someone who is immune suppressed. The cooker didn’t work nor did the fire (we wasn’t told how to use these either). Opened the bedroom doors to a smell of cheese a bed sheet missing. it was so off putting, so when we arrived we had to go and buy our own cleaning products and clean it ourselves before we could unpack. The price we paid to stay for a week, wasn’t even worth it. We got the blame for broken furniture which was already broken when we arrived. Absolutely shambolic, wouldn’t recommend even sleeping a night here, we didn’t get a booking form everything was rushed and we had to do it the day before we were leaving. We didn’t stay the full week as checked out on the Thursday

We are sad that you had a negative experience at our caravan. As a family run caravan we hope to give everyone the best experience as cheaply as possible hence why our prices our so low.
Before each family enters the caravan. It is inspected and cleaned by the caravan site cleaner who lives on the site. She’s exceptional at what she does and is trusted by many others on the site to provide a cleaning service. She also provides photographic evidence of her service has proof. So can confirm the sheets were on the bed and the caravan was cleaned on arrival to a high standard. Apologies if this wasn’t to your standard.
Upon booking a phone number is provided incase of any emergency or any issues within the caravan during your stay. This is 24/7 number you can contact. Or the office is available at certain times of the day. You never contacted me once during your stay so I assumed everything was okay and you were enjoying your holiday like many other families who visit our caravan each season. I am always happy to help but if you don’t tell me, I don’t know.
I assumed you checked out early due to the damage that was done to the furniture at the caravan. This again was checked and reported by the cleaner who again provided photographs of the damage. It is unfair for me to pay for damages that’s why the deposit is held.
You left the caravan 4 days ago and have waited until I recalled your deposit to pay for the damage to leave an unpleasant review. I never heard from you beforehand about your negative experience.
