The property

The caravan has a master bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and can sleep 6 using the fold up bed. It has a jack and Jill bathroom with shower, which can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the hallway. The living area is an open plan kitchen/ diner/ living room. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, ninja double air fryer, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. There is a dining table and chairs and the living room has wrap around seating and a 50inch smart tv. The caravan has central heating and has a private Superfast 30Mbps WIFI. Outside has a gated veranda the length of the caravan and has seating and a table outside.

There is also a parking bay next to the caravan. The site is central to Towyn and is minutes away from the Tir Prince fun fair, arcades pubs and restaurants. It is on the main bus route where you can explore the best of what the North Wales coast has to offer. Towyn is a popular seaside resort residing in Conwy, in between the neighbouring coastal towns of Rhyl and Llandudno. This bustling town is home to a sandy beach which stretches for miles alongside Victorian arcades, classic fish and chip shops, and local pubs and shops. Popular attractions in the town include The Tir Prince Leisure Park, a thrilling amusement park boasting the North West’s leading Harness Raceway, the largest outdoor weekly market in North Wales, and a range of rides for all the family, there's also Knightly's Fun Park, a family-friendly attraction with a funfair with a vibrant bar and restaurant.
