The property

This clean homely caravan is available to rent at affordable prices for family holidays.

It has a double bedroom with wardrobe and overhead storage, En Suite Toilet and small TV.

The twin room has wardrobes and overhead storage. Also includes a travel cot Two bathrooms one with a shower ideal for reducing waiting times for families. Open plan kitchen areas with plenty of work surface areas and cupboard space. Gas oven and convection/ microwave oven/grill to assist with making meals.

Plenty of pots pans and cutlery to use during your stay. The lounge area is very bright and airy with comfortable seating.

Lots of Garden Games, children’s board games and dvds available.

A large flat screen TV in the lounge with Central Heating running through out with Double Glazing. The veranda area is a nice little space with garden furniture for spending the days and nights socialising with family. The parking bay is available next to the caravan. Quilts and pillows are available with bedding being provided and made up on arrival at no cost. Towels are also provided. Brilliantly situated in central Towyn on walking distance from the beach ( access via bridge in caravan park), arcades, pubs, parks, Tir Prince market, two fairgrounds, bingo, cafes and large supermarkets. A lovely walk along seafront to Rhyl 2.5 mile or to Pensarn 2 miles.

Plus ideal base for day visits to Snowdonia National Park, Conwy, Llandudno, plus many more scenic places. No dogs allowed, just families and couples. £50 deposit required to secure booking also adds as a bond which is refundable in 7 days after inspection of van for damages or breakages.

Towyn is a popular seaside resort residing in Conwy, in between the neighbouring coastal towns of Rhyl and Llandudno. This bustling town is home to a sandy beach which stretches for miles alongside Victorian arcades, classic fish and chip shops, and local pubs and shops. Popular attractions in the town include The Tir Prince Leisure Park, a thrilling amusement park boasting the North West’s leading Harness Raceway, the largest outdoor weekly market in North Wales, and a range of rides for all the family, there's also Knightly's Fun Park, a family-friendly attraction with a funfair with a vibrant bar and restaurant. A short drive away is the Clwydian Mountain Range, several rolling hills based in north east Wales, running from Llandegla in the south to Prestatyn in the north, and the highest point Moel Famau, a very popular Christmas and New Years walking destination. Llandudno is further afield in Conwy, home to a traditional pier, cable car station, underground tours of ancient mines, and a fun promenade.
