Hairs all over the sofa and living room floor.
Dust on & around tv and fire.
Duvets threw over the floor in the bedroom.
Cups,plates,dishes ect unusable.
First 3hours of our holiday i had to clean the entire inside of the caravan. 3 bottles of bleach later and it still wasn't great.

any problems like this just come to me first and I could address it. The cleaner says that the caravan was spotless for when you arrived. all of cups and plates as you say are unusable are brand new. il just now start asking for photos from cleaners and guests to try keep the caravan as clean and tidy as can be.
