“Accommodation was poor, old worn out caravan which was dirty.”
Stains on furniture & carpets, blood on bedding, no mattress protector on the double bed. Nowhere to hang clothes as wardrobes were full of old bedding. Kitchen was not equipped well, just tree old saucepans to cook in. Blinds broken & dusty . Only positive was the bathroom was clean , owner was apologetic when I messaged to complain but unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my stay in this caravan.

thank you for your reply, when you raised the issues at 11.40pm at night, my cleaner arrived the next morning and apologised for the cleaning not being up to standard and explained they had hired a new staff member and had sacked her the same morning after being round to the caravan to deal with the issues.
The blinds in the bathroom have been slightly damaged from a previous guests as it's peak season I am not able to change these immediately. The kitchen is equipped with enough utensils for the stay and replenished every year when site closes
