    “We were asked did we mind changing caravan parks has the caravan at Wink ups was booked , We know Golden Sands and the caravan has same facilities so did not mind.”

    The caravan itself was cosy and comfortable with decking and short walk from the car, .it had all facilities and Wi-Fi was good, we always take our own doggy blankets but the owner provided blankets and dog treats if needed . We had a pleasant stay there and is handy for the main complex if needed . It’s in a ideal location for a small family and yes would recommend

ABERGELE

Colwyn Bay 6 miles; Llandudno 12 miles; Conwy 12 miles.

The pleasant seaside town of Abergele stands on the lovely North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the lovely Conwy Valley. Renowned for the impressive Gwrych Castle which overlooks the town, and its enormous sandy beach, the whole area offers safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities. There is also a coastal cycle path which runs along the Abergele seafront, and for walking enthusiasts, the Offa's Dyke pathway, the Clwydian Hill Range and beautiful Betws-y-Coed known as the "Gateway to Snowdonia" are all nearby. The beautiful castles of Rhuddlan, Bodelwyddan, Conwy and Caernarfon are not to be missed, and the delightful award-winning Victorian town of Llandudno, offering quality shops, restaurants, a fantastic dry ski slope and exciting cable car rides over the Great Orme, is within easy driving distance.
