Our beautiful KENTMERE caravan is a spacious 40ft x 12ft and has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout.
Sited on a front row plot on Golden Gate Holiday Centre with reserved parking bay for 2 cars alongside.
WiFi is provided free of charge.
The lounge has a 50in SMART TV, *Sky HD and also Sky Q connections (you just need to bring your own Skybox).
Sliding patio doors open up on to the large wrap around gated decking with rattan furniture.
There is also a fully fenced garden area that's perfect for keeping the furry family members safe & secure while outside.
The kitchen is well equipped & has an abundance of storage and work space, it has a large integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, slow cooker, electric steamer, coffee machine, plus all the usual kitchenware.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a free standing table and chairs.
The master bedroom is incredibly spacious, it has a king size bed, wall mounted 32in SMART TV, large walk-in wardrobe plus en-suite bathroom comprising of a large double size shower, toilet, washbasin & heated towel rail.
The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, plenty of storage plus wall mounted tv.
All mattresses and pillows are fitted with quality protectors, duvets are provided.
Fresh bed linen can be hired for a small fee, but we are unable to provide towels sorry.
The spacious family bathroom has a large double sized shower, toilet and wash basin.
We provide a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, hoover & cleaning products.
The Kentmere sleeps up to 5 people but the 5th person MUST be an infant, we do not allow sofa beds to be used sorry.
We do allow same sex family members and same sex couples but not hen/stag parties.
Check-in from 2.30pm, check-out by 11.30am.
DOGS - We have 3 dogs ourselves and know the pleasure of taking a dog on holiday, so we welcome well behaved dogs to stay in this caravan (FREE of charge).
We understand that you can’t take your dog everywhere with you (shopping etc) so we don’t mind you leaving them for short periods but please don’t leave them for long periods as a bored dog can become a destructive dog plus caravans can become very hot in the warm weather.
The Golden Gate site has a clubhouse that's free to use, it provides entertainment suitable for all the family.
A swimming pool.
There's a kids zone with 3 story soft play area & slides, kids club providing various activities throughout school holidays, arcade, ice cream & milkshake parlour plus a pizza & snack bar.
An adventure playground, zip wire, all weather pitch, grocery store and chip shop.
Perfectly located it's within walking distance of all local attractions - shops, gift shops & markets including one of North Wales largest Tir Prince with over 400 stalls, family friendly pubs, clubs, restaurants, arcades, 2 funfairs & go-karts.
A beautiful sandy beach that extends for miles.
Asda and Tesco supermarkets are a short drive away.
There's plenty of food outlets and takeaways most of which will deliver your order to your caravan.
There are 2 funfair's that will keep everyone happy and entertained during your holiday in beautiful North Wales.
In the surrounding areas you'll find great places of interest to visit including slate & copper mines, Welsh Mountain Zoo, Chester Zoo, Castles, Snowdonia, The Great Orme, Angelsey, Llandudno & so much more.
or give the car a rest and take the open top bus from outside the camp gates or maybe the train from Rhyl or Pensarn to Llandudno, Bangor or Caernarfon with its shops, children's play centres and castle.
