Our Pemberton Knightsbridge is an exceptionally spacious top spec 42ft x14.5ft model that has been furnished to our usual very high standards.
It has front patio doors that slide open to give access to the large wrap around decking with ramp access.
There is rattan furniture at the front of the decking and dining table and chairs at the side for enjoying al fresco dining.
It's sited on a generous size plot and has the added bonus of a large, spacious fully fenced and paved garden with L shape rattan seating, plus parking for 2 small cars.
WiFi is provided in this van free of charge.
We have another KNIGHTSBRIDGE which is none dog friendly so ideal if you have allergies to dog hair (please view id 451)
The lounge has sliding doors so you can close the lounge off from the kitchen.
There is a 55in SMART TV and *Sky Q connection (you just need to bring your own Sky Q box).
The large plush 3 piece suite is big enough to accommodate the whole family with ease.
The large well equipped kitchen features an integrated microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
An eye level oven and grill, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, electric steamer, George Foreman grilling machine plus so much more.
There is a wide range of wall and base units, plenty of work space, plus an adjoining dining area with large table and 6 chairs.
The master bedroom has a tv/dvd and an en-suite bathroom comprising of a double size shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
There are 2 twin bedrooms both with 2 single beds, tv's and plenty of storage.
All mattresses and pillows are fitted with quality protectors, duvets are provided.
Fresh bed linen can be hired for a small fee, but we are unable to provide towels sorry.
The family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.
There is full gas central heating throughout and pvc double glazing.
The Knightsbridge sleeps up to 7 people but the 7th person MUST be an infant, we do not allow sofa beds to be used sorry.
We provide a hair-dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum and cleaning products plus a highchair & travelcot.
Check-in is from 1.00pm, check-out by 10.00am.
DOGS - We have 3 dogs ourselves and know the pleasure of taking a dog on holiday, so we welcome well behaved dogs to stay in this caravan (FREE of charge).
We understand that you can’t take your dog everywhere with you (shopping etc) so we don’t mind you leaving them for short periods but please don’t leave them for long periods as a bored dog can become a destructive dog plus caravans can become very hot in the warm weather.
The site is within walking distance to all local amenities - 2 funfair's, amusement arcades, a variety of food outlets that cater for all tastes, most of which take phone orders and deliver to your caravan.
Pubs, clubs, restaurants, shops and gift shops, markets, including one of North Wales largest market / carboot - Tir Prince with over 400 stalls.
A beautiful sandy beach that extends for miles.
Asda and Tesco supermarkets are a short drive away.
In the surrounding areas you'll find great places of interest to visit including slate & copper mines, Welsh Mountain Zoo, Chester Zoo, Castles, Snowdonia, The Great Orme, Angelsey, Llandudno & so much more.
or give the car a rest and take the open top bus from outside the camp gates or maybe the train from Rhyl or Pensarn to Llandudno, Bangor or Caernarfon with its shops, children's play centres and castle.
