The property

The lounge area is very spacious and comfortable with full gas central heating and fully double glazed electric fire, LCD colour television with built in freeview box, and a DVD The dining area has plenty of room to enjoy those family meals together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size gas cooker (4 ring hob, grill and oven), fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

All cutlery, crockery, ovenware and pans are provided for your use. Heating in all bedrooms There are 2 bedrooms; 1 double bedroom, 1 bedrooms with 2 single beds the is also a pull out bed in lounge.

There is also a shower and toilet.

The caravan has permanent connection to metered gas, electric and water, which are all included in the price of your holiday.

Ty Mawr Holiday Park with passes* - you will have access to the heated indoor swimming pool with water slide, as well as to the pool tables, amusements arcade, snack bar and 2 family club rooms that have entertainment on each night.

To keep the kids happy there is 'Sparkys Krew' for 5 - 11 year olds and 'The Mix' for 12 - 16 year olds.

Children can also go to the 'Wonder Bar' situated in each club room, to buy their own drinks and snacks. * Club Passes are not included with the cost of your holiday. Please ask and I will tell you how much they will cost you. To keep the children happy out of doors there is an adventure playground, mini golf and an all weather multi sports court.

Several food outlets are situated on this site, which include the Rendezvous Diner/Takeaway, Farm House Inn, Chip Shop and Park Mart Store.

A launderette is also on site.

Within walking distance of the site you will find a beach, and in the opposite direction there is a fun fair and a large weekend market that is very popular.

A short drive away is Asda and the seaside resort of Rhyl.

We are unable to accept same sex parties bookings or bookings from persons under the age of 25 due to strict park regulations. Booking Conditions A £50 Deposit is required on booking.

An extra £75 Damages Bond is required with the final balance which will be returned within fourteen days of departure assuming no damage or loss has occurred also it is left has you find it nice and clean.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £75.

Towyn is a popular seaside resort residing in Conwy, in between the neighbouring coastal towns of Rhyl and Llandudno. This bustling town is home to a sandy beach which stretches for miles alongside Victorian arcades, classic fish and chip shops, and local pubs and shops. Popular attractions in the town include The Tir Prince Leisure Park, a thrilling amusement park boasting the North West’s leading Harness Raceway, the largest outdoor weekly market in North Wales, and a range of rides for all the family, there's also Knightly's Fun Park, a family-friendly attraction with a funfair with a vibrant bar and restaurant.
