“Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review.”
We arrived Friday 12th July 24. As we entered the caravan the smell of dogs urine hit us in the face it was so strong.
List of faults were
* Dogs urine on every bed and duvet
* dogs urine over sofas and carpet
* poo on wall
* blood on door
* dirty mop that stunk of dogs urine left on decking
* hair on beds
* flies on beds
I called owner, he blamed the cleaner but this smell was fresh and old as we're the stains. initially we were going to buy new bedding and carpet cleaner but soon decided we wasn't doing this on our holiday. At this point it's nearly evening and we were stranded in north wales having drove from Cardiff.
I requested a refund this was given minus the service fee and deposit.
I had to book somewhere quick as we had no where to go. I finally found someone willing to allow us in at 830pm. We were on the road 12 hrs!
This left me £320 out of pocket which the owner refused to pay as "he done his bit" by reimbursing me part of of the initial holiday money. Absolutely disgusting. Do not risk it this place needs new beds, bedding sofa and carpet. It's a massive health and safety risk . I have photos as proof

Unfortunately the cleaning was not to my standards when i entered the caravan myself at 6pm i complained to the cleaner about this issue ASAP who also wasn’t happy the way it was cleaned by her employee.
There was not poo or blood on the door or walls when I arrived I offered this guest a refund straight away before i got to the caravan to check who was happy to accept. She obviously has put this review because i haven’t paid her the extra £320, she wants £50 petrol costs which she would had to of paid anyway also £270 for the accommodation that she paid for, a more expensive caravan which is her choice,
I clearly have good reviews by other guests on uk caravan and from other customers from different websites
I apologise that this happened and the cleaner didn’t do her job to my satisfaction or standards
