“The caravan was very much home from home feel there was enough room for us being 2 adults, 3 children and a dog.”

All was clean and tidy on arrival, even had its own airfryer!! The location couldn’t of been any better. Only downside for me was the mattress but all caravans are more or less the same I struggle with my back but otherwise great and will be booking again.

“Just returned from a lovely 5 days here.”

I highly recommend this caravan . Clear communication from the owner , The caravan was lovely , clean and cosy . Everything you need was there.. Location. Was great and we were really close to everything. Our 6 year old dog loved the dog park and was right at home in the caravan. We will definitely return here .

It was in a great position on the site only a short distant from the facilities on site. Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. the park is situated in a great location to go out and about visiting Llandudno, Betws-y-Coed, Conwy etc. The communication with the owner was great providing all details for our stay.

“Had a lovely stay after booking very last minute.”

The caravan was clean and tidy when we arrived and very well equipped! We brought our own air fryer with us but there was already one there! Not much cupboard space for shopping but that’s because there’s everything you need and more in the cupboards for cooking etc! We took all cleaning stuff sponges etc but there was some there. Caravan was in the perfect spot to reach the main parts of the site. The site was lovely and had no issues booking any activities once we got there. Will be booking again!

“It was a lovely site, caravan was a stones throw from the amenities Which was great for my mum who has difficulty walking far.”

The caravan itself was very nice but the carpet’s were still damp following previous cleaning and one of the bedrooms smelt of mould. Neither of these things were enough to stop us staying there just an observation. Great contact from the owner. Thanks.

“Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review.”

We arrived Friday 12th July 24. As we entered the caravan the smell of dogs urine hit us in the face it was so strong. List of faults were * Dogs urine on every bed and duvet * dogs urine over sofas and carpet * poo on wall * blood on door * dirty mop that stunk of dogs urine left on decking * hair on beds * flies on beds I called owner, he blamed the cleaner but this smell was fresh and old as we're the stains. initially we were going to buy new bedding and carpet cleaner but soon decided we wasn't doing this on our holiday. At this point it's nearly evening and we were stranded in north wales having drove from Cardiff. I requested a refund this was given minus the service fee and deposit. I had to book somewhere quick as we had no where to go. I finally found someone willing to allow us in at 830pm. We were on the road 12 hrs! This left me £320 out of pocket which the owner refused to pay as "he done his bit" by reimbursing me part of of the initial holiday money. Absolutely disgusting. Do not risk it this place needs new beds, bedding sofa and carpet. It's a massive health and safety risk . I have photos as proof

This review has clearly been exaggerated, Unfortunately the cleaning was not to my standards when i entered the caravan myself at 6pm i complained to the cleaner about this issue ASAP who also wasn’t happy the way it was cleaned by her employee. There was not poo or blood on the door or walls when I arrived I offered this guest a refund straight away before i got to the caravan to check who was happy to accept. She obviously has put this review because i haven’t paid her the extra £320, she wants £50 petrol costs which she would had to of paid anyway also £270 for the accommodation that she paid for, a more expensive caravan which is her choice, I clearly have good reviews by other guests on uk caravan and from other customers from different websites I apologise that this happened and the cleaner didn’t do her job to my satisfaction or standards Property Owner

“Absolutely fantastic caravan, spotlessly clean, such a home from home.”

My first solo holiday with my pooch, both had a great time. All the facilities you need are on hand,. My dog loved sitting out on the veranda people watching. Will definitely look in to going again, literally could not fault a thing... only the fact I didn't want to come home! Thankyou.

The caravan location was also near the facilities making it much easier for my mother who came with us. The cleaner must be very good at her job as they're wasn't a speck of dust or a dog hair Insight. The decorations and homeliness was lovely and the owner responded quickly and effectively. We will definatly be booking again. Thank you

“Nice clean caravan in an excellent spot for all amenities.”

We had a wonderful week the children aged 4 and 5 absolutely loved it . The entertainment team worked hard with the children I think Professor Slime was their favorite. I can also highly recommend the lady in reception she is so helpful nothing is to much trouble 10 out of ten for her. The only thing I would say is it tells you to take sheets and towels it should say all bedding and towels.

Excellent communication throughout the booking process and Mark was very friendly and always responded quickly. The caravan itself is immaculate! Exactly like the photographs. Caravan is in a fabulous location on the park and facilities are as described. We would love to come back here and are already looking for dates to return.

2 toilets a bonus when someone is in the shower which is brilliant. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, wifi and sky a bonus. Also laundrette onsite so you can do the washing!
