“We’ve just arrived home.”

The caravan was in a prime location for the complex and for travelling off the site too. The caravan itself was perfect, everything was there that was needed Thank you for allowing us to stay

Perfect spot for the main complex. The older children had a ball but we also took our 2 year old granddaughter who had an amazing time so Thankyou for a fantastic week.

“This caravan was suggested by freinds, and from getting intouch with the owners whom where extremely polite and friendly we had high hopes of a great few days away.”

On arrival the caravan was in a great place, very good parking of upto two vehicles. Caravan looked great from the outside and was not disappointed on entering. Extremely spacious and had everything you needed, ( was like home from home ) the caravan was very well maintained and smelled really nice. All the beds and seating area where very comfortable and we will most certainly be returning and recommending our family and friends to stay in this caravan....

“BEWARE of the owner of this caravan.”

He hasn’t maintained the caravan at all but continues to take peoples money. It is the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. We had to clean ourselves and scrub everywhere ???? the oven didn’t work. The fridge didn’t refrigerate food. My son did want to eat his cereal because of the warm milk from the fridge that curdled in the space of 3 days. He has now refused to give our security deposit back despite us leaving the place cleaner when we left than it was when we arrived by saying my 7 year old left his boxers there and there were cigarette butts in the children’s bedroom! We don’t smoke! It is obviously a con. There are plenty of caravans to stay in and park dean resort is nice so please choose a different caravan and don’t let this man keep taking peoples money

The pleasant seaside town of Abergele stands on the lovely North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the lovely Conwy Valley. Renowned for the impressive Gwrych Castle which overlooks the town, and its enormous sandy beach, the whole area offers safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities.
