“On arrival we were happy with the position of the caravan on the edge of the park as it was quiet and not overlooked.”

It was really lovely inside, and outside, very clean and modern with everything we needed for a few days break. The beds were comfortable and linen was clean and fresh. Su, the owner was easily contactable and very helpful with a couple of queries we had. Our only bugbear was no wi-fi was available, the reason I have only given a 9 rating for facilities.

“Myself and my two sisters and our 3 children stayed at this caravan I was worried we would all be in each others way but we had so much space.”

“The caravan was immaculate and very homely.”

It made our stay pleasurable. Spacious enough for a family with everything you need. Having been Ty mwar holiday park previously I choose to go back knowing the standards and entertainment available for the kids would be brilliant,, however it wasn’t there were a few disappointing moments one been the meet the characters session at 10am on the 31st July 23. Our children had been looking forward to this the most due to loving the characters however it was a very big let down, the young lad who hosting the session (Tom I think his name was or Tim) wasn’t very enthusiastic and it was in fact very boring for them! Lizzie was the character that came out at 10.08 she did one song and went off before 10 minutes, we was told at reception this would be great for the kids but they was left so deflated and disappointed to the point they was upset and started to cry after been so excited. This session definitely needs work and more hype for the kids. There was also a very rude man working in the prize counter bit if the arcade on the 3 July 23 on the night, he left me stood waiting before acknowledging me and my daughter whilst he was on watsapp on his phone which you could clearly see, after been stood there for a while I said excuse me, he didn’t lift his head up or look at me he just said “what”? , I said “My daughter (age 5) has won in the machine and it’s stuck”. My response from the man was “well there should be a man and women around go and find one of them”. Still not looking at me. When I went back I raised my frustration to a lady who was on the prize counter and she said the manager is already aware of him! This really was bad service you shouldn’t be working with the public if you haven’t got people skills especially in a holiday resort!!

The property

Nice homely holiday home all warm and inviting nice location on park. Quite spot away from front of park. There is a swimming pool a good play area for the kids club house chip shop and other activities on site walk round and get to know what's around you and most of all have fun.

Out the caravan by 10am in the caravan at 4pm
