The caravan sleeps 6 guests there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds in them.
There is no direct parking spot outside the caravan, but lots of parking a short walk away (within 50/75 yards from the caravan)
The caravan has a spacious lounge with a TV and DVD player and has a large selection of DVDs.
Private Wi-Fi is also available.
The furnishings in the caravan have all been refurbished and are ready for the 2024 season.
All windows in the van are fitted with blinds and curtains for privacy.
There is a dining area with an attached fully equipped kitchen, with lots of extras, including an AirFryer, Slow Cooker, and Coffee Machine (you will have to provide your own pods.) Tea Towels are provided.
We also provide a few cleaning products should you need to clean anything during your stay.
These are located under the sink.
If you have little ones with you, please note that all lower cupboards have child safety locks.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, both have toilets and a vanity unit to store away your toiletries.
Health & Hygiene: Please DO NOT put wipes or sanitary products down the toilet, as this causes blockages.
Each of the bedrooms has wardrobe space, and all rooms have a plug-in electric blow heater or oil-filled radiator should the nights turn cold.
Linen is provided per guest.
Bed Sheets, Quilt & Quilt Covers, pillowcases, and all beds will be made up for you in time for your arrival.
We also provide 2 towels for each guest (1 Hand & 1 Bath Towel)
We kindly request guests not to use the towels for the beach.
For your convenience, there is an iron and ironing board, a mop and mop bucket for you, and a vacuum cleaner to keep your holiday home tidy.
Outside is a veranda decking area with a lockable gate, decking furniture, and a storage box with cushions and garden furniture.
The Beach is 250 yards away from the caravan and is a clean sandy /shingle beach that stretches as far as the eye can see in both directions.

The site has everything needed to enjoy your holiday.
Jakes Bar and Club House has live entertainment on for all the family, a soft play area and amusements.
They also serve food in both the club and Jakes, there is also an outside Beach Theme Bar.
A mini golf course, a circus-themed play area, a swimming pool, and a recently opened High Ropes Adventure activity means fun activities for all ages.
No passes are required for the clubhouse.
A £20 refundable deposit is payable at the site office when you arrive for the site access pass.
There is a key safe located on the caravan decking containing the caravan keys, the code of which will be given to you before your arrival.
Unfortunately, no same-sex groups are allowed (Stags or Hens).
