“Just wow!!!”

Had the pleasure of staying for a fantastic week in Gary & Natasha’s outstanding,bright & beautiful caravan. The caravan is set in a very safe & quiet culdy sack, yet literally less than a five minute walk to all the amenities. The caravan has all mod cons & the beds are extremely comfortable ( better than our own at home!!) The views across the meadows are outstanding. The caravan was cleaned to an extremely high standard ( 5 stars ???? to house keeping ) The kitchen had everything & more & ...

Had the pleasure of staying for a fantastic week in Gary & Natasha’s outstanding,bright & beautiful caravan. The caravan is set in a very safe & quiet culdy sack, yet literally less than a five minute walk to all the amenities. The caravan has all mod cons & the beds are extremely comfortable ( better than our own at home!!) The views across the meadows are outstanding. The caravan was cleaned to an extremely high standard ( 5 stars ???? to house keeping ) The kitchen had everything & more & the added bonus of two toilets. Excellent power shower too. The wrap around veranda is beautiful and safe & secure for little ones. Got the sun all day ???? We have Stayed in many caravans over the years yet Gary & Natasha’s is by far the best & we will be most certainly be back in the future. Communication from start to finish with Gary was ten out of ten,nothing was too much trouble & he was always on hand with any questions I had. Gary & Natasha a great big Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the most wonderful time & the best memories in your gem of a holiday home. See you very soon Tryfan ???? xxx

“Lovely clean caravan, located within 5 mins walk of complex but far enough away that you don't suffer any noise from club etc.”

Located on a peaceful no through road. Plenty of dvds to keep everyone entertained. Booked very last minute and owner was great at responding by text. Very helpful owner went above n beyond 5* customer service.

“Don’t really know where to even start with this review, after visiting Presthaven sands on numerous occasions this time in particular will off been our best visit yet, after visiting different private hire and haven caravans in the past, safe to say we will 100% be back to gary and Natasha’s caravan From the minute we got in contact with them they were on hand straight away to answer any questions and put our minds at ease that they were 100% genuine people.”

The caravan has beautiful cosy feeling to it and is well looked after, it’s so clean, in a perfect location a quite little culdesac so close to all the entertainment Gary was always on hand to answer any questions we needed to know when we was in the caravan and nothing was too much to ask. Big thank you to Gary and Natasha a lovely couple who’s main focus is to make sure you enjoy your holiday in their caravan We will be 100% be back x

“Just like all of the other reviews ,honestly this is the best caravan I have ever stayed in .”

The first thing i noticed was how clean it was and it just felt so cosy and like being at home. The decking with a gate was a bonus as this allowed my 14 mth old to walk around freely without me worrying about her falling down the steps . The location is just AMAZING. Its in a peaceful little spot but literally a 1 minute walk and you are at all of the amenities. Gary was amazing, always available via wats app to answer any questions .Lovely guy. Overall absolutely loved it and will be back every year now Gary :)

Gary was brilliant from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble. The caravan was in a great position it was only about 150 yards from the main complex but it was in a very quiet cul de sac.

“Wow what can I say.”

... we have just returned home from a fantastic stay for bank holiday weekend. The caravan is absolutely beautiful, the interior is clean fresh and and just stunning, the decking area is also a hit with comfy seating outside to enjoy the sunshine if you are lucky to have the weather like we did. This is the nicest caravan we have ever stayed in, it is situated in the perfect place, not even 5 min walk to all the facilities yet in a nice little quiet spot with plenty of space for young children to play outside. The communication from Gary from start to finish was impeccable, nothing was to much! even helped booking the swimming for us as this does get booked up quickly and helping with the play passess. he was always theire on hand whenever you need to contact him and he would respond straight away. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful holiday home and we Will 100% be booking again very soon.

“Wow! What can I say, from the start of the booking process to the end of our holiday Gary could not do enough!”

The caravan itself is ideally located, its is also beautifully presented. It is well equipped with what you could ever need, making it home from home. There is loads of books, games and outdoor playstuff to keep the children entertained. Gary has been by far the best owner we have dealt with going above and beyond to provide us with the most enjoyable stay he could of. I 100% recommend Gary and his beautiful caravan and will not hesitate to book again. Thankyou again

“We can't recommend this caravan enough.”

We stayed as a family of grandparents, parents and two young children and had a wonderful time. The caravan itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous interior ( and veranda) immaculately clean and everything looked brand new. It had lots of home comforts and little extras ( tons of dvds for the kids which they loved) The location was perfect, just a minute to the main entertainment and pool but it was so quiet and peaceful it felt like we were miles away ( and being the school holidays the site was busy!) What really stood out for us though was the owner. I'd read the other reviews saying how great Gary was but he really did go above and beyond to make sure our stay was as great as it could possibly be and we are so grateful. We can't wait to stay again

“We have just returned from the most perfect few days away with our little boy.”

. from the minute we booked Gary couldn’t have been more helpful Just before we was due to go our little boy became really poorly and we had no choice but to cancel our holiday I was absolutely devastated However, Gary being the most understanding and caring gentleman he is very kindly let us rearrange due our unfortunate circumstances Gary went over and above to help facilitate our circumstances even texting us to see how our little boy was This was our first holiday with our little boy who is 4 so we was very nervous about our first trip away and how he would be especially after being so poorly When we arrived.. I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful his caravan was … it was immaculate I felt right at home as did our little boy The caravan has absolutely everything you could possibly think of and was well equipped to keep our little boy busy From board games, to DVDs, and a little paddling pool outside it was just perfect The location for us was also perfect … situated in a quiet cul de sac on the park literally a 2 minute walk from all the facilities The wrap around decking with a safety gate was also a massive win for us as it allowed our little boy to play safely outside The caravan is situated in a lovely spot and I really enjoyed my morning brew on the decking with a lovely view of the Welsh hills In the lead up to our trip Gary was regularly in touch, ensuring we knew everything we needed to know He genuinely wants to make sure you have the best time whilst on your holiday and we absolutely did I am very fussy about where I stay … and without sounding like a snob I have high standards ???? Gary’s caravan certainly exceeded my expectations and we can not wait to book and return in the near future Gary you are an absolute star with a heart of gold and we are ever so grateful for all your help, understanding and support with the unfortunate circumstance we found ourselves in prior to our holiday We had the best few days away and made special memories we will treasure forever

“Stayed at Gary + Natasha's Luxury Caravan A Few Times Now And Every Time We Stay, We Enjoy It Just As Much As The Last Time We Went.”

Every Time We Stay Gary Couldn't Do Anything More To Make Us Feel Welcome, He Always Keeps In Touch On The Run Up To Our Holiday And Makes Sure Where Enjoying Ourselves When Where There Their Caravan Is Unbelievable And Very Spacious. Even On Rainy Days Theirs Things To Do In The Caravan, They Have A Massive Selection Of DVD's + Board Games. We've Done The Last 3 Years At Their Caravan And We Really Enjoy Ourselves and Thats Mainly Down To Gary And Natasha Making Us Feel So Welcome. We Stayed This Time During "The Covid" Days. We Found It Difficult To Do Things On The Site Due To Haven Limiting Numbers in The Pool And Club But Gary Made Sure It Didn't Ruin Our Holiday And Made A Phone Call To The Reception And Then Told Me To Go Over To Reception And Tell Them What I Slots I Want And What Times I Wanted. Needless To Say Gary Went Above And Beyond To Make Sure His Guests Got What They Wanted. He Even Met Up With Us For A Chat At The End Of Our Holiday, Perfect Customer Service. Hats Off To You Both Your Doing An Awesome Job. KEEP UP THE BRILLIANT WORK ????????

I stayed here the end May with my family, and my two little boys aged 6 & 9 they absolutely Loved the site as there’s plenty to do. The cleanliness of the caravan is outstanding, one the nicest I’ve stayed in, its really like being home ( cosy) As for the owners they were fantastic. Nothing was a problem, definitely recommend this caravan and the site. We will definitely be returning. Lyndsey xx

“Highly recommended!”

This is the best caravan I have ever stayed in. Modern,very clean, exceptionally spacious and with all the facilities kitchen equipment, outdoor seating (very comfy) few games, smart tvs. Great location on the site 2 minute walk to the main complex and 2 minutes the other way takes you to the beach. Gary was great some start to finish with the booking really friendly, professional and informative about the park. Thank you for having us :)

The caravan is gorgeous with everything you could need, and it’s absolutely immaculate! It’s in a fab location on site, two minutes from the main complex and facilities, but in a quiet little cul-de-sac so the kids can play safely outside. “Just back from a lovely stay at Garys accommodation .”

Great communication from start to finish , even a couple of little texts through the week to make sure everything was running perfect for us . The caravan is a stunning space , clean , modern , spacious and sits in a quiet cul de sac location , but just a stones throw from all the ameneties . With comfy , stylish furnishings and smart tv , dvds and games , its perfect for cosy evenings in , and on the warmer evenings the outdoor decking with patio furniture is a nice addition . The kitchen is equipped with every utensil and gadget you would need to knock up your breakfast or evening meal . Full size oven and fridgefreezer , grill and microwave make catering easy and everything is spotlessly clean . The good size double bedroom has such a comfy bed , we slept like logs and the smart tvs in the bedrooms are an added bonus . There is a small ensuite in the master as well as another bathroom with a great shower . Theres was anti bac handwash by all the handbasins , as well as surface wipes and disinfectant , very covid compliant . We had never booked with a private owner before so we were a little cautious, we needent have worried . Great communication with Gary , he answered all our questions beforehand , nothing was too much trouble . Thank you for a relaxing break much needed , will definately book again x

“Booked A Long Weekend Away For The Misses Birthday, Just Me, Her & Our 19 Month Old Son.”

At First I Was A Little Uncertain About Private Renting Just Because Of All The Horror Stories I've Heard, But Gary Reassured Me From The Get Go, He Messaged Me Almost Every Day Leading Upto Our Holiday For Reassurance, He Even Rang Me On The Day Of Our Holiday To Make Sure We Where Ready And We Knew What To Do (key codes, directions, passes ect) We Arrived At The Caravan And The Pictures We Had Seen Don't Do It ANY Justice What So Ever..... ITS AMAZING. It Had Everything You Could Need, From Smart Tv's With Built-in DVD Players (In Every Room and LOADS of DVDs) To Every Kitchen Utensil You Can Think Of From A Microwave To Plastic Bowls & Plates For The Kids (which was a good thing as we forgot to pack our little boys plate) It Even Had A Slow Cooker & Air Fryer. The Wrap Around Decking With Built-In Solar Lights Was Crazy It Was Huge And Sucre With Patio Furniture To Finish It Off (We Just Left The Doors Open And Let The Little One Run Around He Loved It) We Just Want To Say A MASSIVE Thank You To Gary And Natasha For Letting Us Use Your Caravan It Was Unbelievable And We Will Definitely Be Booking With You Again

“Fantastic from start to finish.”

Great communication from Gary and Natasha who can't do enough for you. The caravan itself is by far the best I've stayed in. It's spacious with 3 tvs, one in the living room and two in two of the three bedrooms. It also has a dishwasher which is a god send. It's very modern and absolutely spotless. It's in a great location on site, close to the shops, entertainment and beach but it's down a quiet cul-de-sac so hardly any noise.. I couldn't recommend it enough and will no doubt be going to stay again.

“First time staying in the caravan owned by G&N Well all I can say is wow!”

The caravan is 3-4 minute walk from all of the park amenities, the caravan was modern extremely clean and full of high spec features such as Flat screen televisions in each room. Great customer service from the owner. They checked if we needed anything when we arrived and looked after us at a drop of a hat. The position of the caravan seems to be in the exclusive area which made the stay feel more deluxe. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

“We have just got back from a week away with our 3 children.”

The caravan was beautiful and immaculate. It had everything we could need and more for our holiday. The caravan is perfectly situated in a small , quiet cul-de-sac very close to the amenities with fantastic outside space and seating. Gary and Natasha couldn't have been more accommodating and communication was great. We would highly recommend this stunning caravan.

The caravan is simply stunning and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The lounge has a 65 inch smart tv and bluetooth stereo system that you can connect to your phones and play music. There are board games and selection of DVDs. The kitchen has cooker with built in oven and microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher, toaster. The main bedroom has a 24" smart tv/DVD & USB sockets and is ensuite.
