“We had a lovely weekend at this caravan, lovely and clean cosy and warm and a lovely outside decking area with seating where we I enjoyed a peaceful coffee whilst everyone was still sleeping in the sunshine.”

This caravan was in the perfect location over the road from the main restaurant / arcades / Swimming etc which was handy for my eldest son getting around without being to far. We will definitely be returning thank you

“We’ve just returned after a whole weekend there our 3rd time in this caravan absolutely love the caravan it’s in such an amazing area so close but yet not noisy!”

So handy with our baby of a night knowing we haven’t got far to walk after the club house. The double bed was really comfy, the u shape furniture outside was a god send while we had lovely weather! Such a good price for what we got last minute to can’t thank the owner enough we had the best time! Overall it’s a lovely caravan and the owner is so helpful and lovely we’ve had an amazing time again and sure she’ll be getting another booking from us in the future! Thanks very much x

“I have just returned from our stay 24th - 28th July which was most disappointing.”

Prior to arrival we had received no information regarding how we would gain access to the caravan so we assumed we would collect the keys to our caravan from reception. Upon arrival, we waited in an unnecessary lengthy queue to be told they could not help us and we have to contact the owner to arrange check in with them. I requested the check in information from the owner via text (due to rubbish signal so couldn’t call out) and waited for a reply to which we were then informed there was a key box at the gate of the caravan to gain access and given the key code. I expected better communication from the owner to manage our expectations upon arrival as this would have saved us time and made check in easier for us, but once sorted we were happy to finally see inside our caravan and get settled. When we got inside there was an extremely strong, unpleasant smell so we opened all of the blinds and windows and as we went to open the patio doors we noticed there was an animal excretion on the decking. When I first learned of this issue I contacted the owner right away with photographic evidence to try and resolve it, which unfortunately could not be resolved as we was told the cleaner was not on site so we was asked to dispose of it ourselves which was highly unpleasant and meant the decking was not cleaned thoroughly with disinfectant or to a high standard that you would expect upon check in. Whilst awaiting a response from the owner to have this resolved we were unable to use the decking as we did not want the children to step in the muck and walk it through the caravan which was not great at all. As we had came away with young children we selected this caravan for the benefits of the secure balcony facilities and the fact it was no smoking and no animals permitted. When making our beds we was presented with a heavily blood stained duvet and pillow. This immediately made me feel sick and worried us as a group as we had just entered the caravan so was unsure as to what else we could come across inside the caravan! The cleanliness of the caravan was absolutely shocking, especially with young babies who crawl. I then contacted the owner again to make her aware of the conditions we were dealing with along with photographic evidence, she apologised and informed us there was a spare duvet in the wardrobes. I feel as though it is very unfair to begin my holiday with my children by disposing of a blood soaked duvet and pillow with potentially other infectious diseases that was not caused by myself, with no correct equipment or disinfectant. This is a massive infection control risk and meant that it was not clean to the basic of hygiene standards. Considering the premium price point this is not what would expect to be presented with when checking into your caravan and when raised a complaint for a partial refund which is yet to be resolved the owner spitefully within ten minutes claimed the security bond damage deposit of £25 for NO REASON! This was really unfair and gave me every reason to believe she genuinely did not care for how the caravan was left for us upon arrival and why people chose to go through haven direct.

Loverly caravan nice and modern, plenty of plugs, fans, wifi ect However the cleaner definitely let down the owner, toilets had not been cleaned, snail on the bathroom wall, nail clippings and sweet wrappers on the back of sofa's, socks left under table, chewing gum on the bedroom pillow, rubbish on the decking & ant powder around all the floor space, back of sofa's, kitchen sides, cupboards & shelves. My wifes 1st hour of our holiday was cleaning this so our 2 year old daughter could roam safely.

Really clean, spacious, fantastic kitchen. Has gorgeous decking and outside furniture. Really great location right next to all the activities. We will definitely be booking again. Beth was really lovely and replied really quickly to any questions I had. Even though the weather wasn't great our holiday was great due to the beautiful accommodation we had ????

Good quality decking area out side with multiple areas to sit including table and chairs and a comfortable corner couch that is in the sun all day plus in a quiet area but still really close to the main reception, pub and play areas. Looking forward to booking again later on in the year
