This caravan is a new caravan, only purchased last year. 3 Bedroomed.

Sleeps 8 The living room is equipped with a TV DVD player and plenty of DVD's and an Xbox with plenty of game's to enjoy. There is a nice fire for those chilly nights.

Air fryer and slow cooker. Microwave and cooker.

Tea, coffee and sugar are provided, plus tea towel Double bedroom as double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and stool.

USB sockets in each room. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.

A small bathroom has a toilet and sink. Centrally heated and double-glazed.

Outside there is a lovely view of the mountains and a private, secluded garden area with a picnic bench plus a table and chairs.

There is a train track, so you may hear these. ** Parking is in the carpark near to the caravan, PLEASE do not park outside the caravan as this spoils the grass for other guests.

If you do this, the damage deposit will be held.

** The caravan is dog friendly; £10 per dog.

Please respect the caravan, and dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the sofas.

** Wifi is available at £5 3/4 nights and £8 weekly. ** Cot available on request...

£10 hire charge, includes bedding and high chair. ** The caravan is in short walking distance from the main activities and arcades.

On site there are a lot of activities to enjoy: pools, indoor and outdoor, show bar, arcade.

The quiet village of Gronant is a lovely coastal settlement in Flintshire in close distance to Prestatyn. The village itself is home to a local pub, general store, a quaint café, and a few takeaways, as well as the unique Gronant Dunes, a designated Local Nature Reserve and Site of Special Scientific Interest stretching three miles dog-friendly sandy beaches, a nature reserve, and a golf course alongside. There are a range of renowned seaside resorts on the village doorstep including Prestatyn, Rhyl and Towyn, offering fun for all the family throughout traditional seaside amusements, watersports and scenic walking or cycling routes along the coastline.
