Really enjoyed our stay, everything was lovely and clean, children made use of the free WiFi fi that was a nice bonus for them, cooking was made easy with an air fryer being provided, milk already in the fridge for making a brew day n arrival, will definitely come back again, thanks again Amanda x

The caravan is beautiful has everything we needed and is close to the amenities. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children and were able to book at short notice. The owner is very supportive, we honestly couldn’t have asked for any more. Thank you, we hope to return next year xx

“We had a lovely weeks stay in Amanda’s caravan, it was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed.”

The caravan itself is situated in such a great location and the beach is less than a few minutes away on foot! Amanda was a super host and answers any questions we had, she made us feel very welcome! We are planning to stay with Amanda next year again!

“Just come back from an amazing stay.”

The caravan was lovely and very homely, everything you needed was supplied. The welcome pack was an extra nice touch. Only downside was a very noisy bed in the double room so ended up moving to one of the twin rooms which was not an issue as we had a choice of 2 extra rooms. Could honestly not fault the accommodation at all. Would definitely return if we visit the area again ????

“Had lovely stay in this caravan everything you needed was there.”

it was extremely homely and met all requirements. very homely with all appliances you need (including WiFi). there was plenty for the children to do as the beach inst far and other facilities all within 5 minutes. Amanda was so helpful answering all questions, she met us on arrival and stayed in contact making sure our stay was the best it could be.

“Lovely caravan.”

No parking next to the van, although it does say parking bay. The car park got quite full so you had to be quick to get a space. The grass surrounding the caravan was sodden as it had rained. No milk left in the welcome pack as stated, so a trip to the shop was in order as soon as we settled. Bought a new toaster too as the one provided didn’t work. We had trouble loading the Netflix so gave up. Amanda was extremely helpful with any questions and everything else was lovely, you can’t control the weather! Nice and quiet even though it was school holidays. There is a play area quite close but had no problems with noise. We didn’t use any of the facilities so can’t comment on them.

Thank you for your review of your holiday in my caravan. I have since changed my Internet to 5G so this has been corrected for my guests experience to be a happy one. I can only apologise for unusable toaster and thank you for the purchase of a new one. I didn't realise this was broken as a previous guest must have removed the fuse, this also has been corrected now. “We have just come back from a week's stay in this caravan and I must say it has everything you need for a home from home experience.”

Being double glazed and centrally heated we were still nice and cosy inside when the the weather wasn't on our side. The shower was great, possibly one of the best ones I've had in a caravan...it kept its temperature and was as powerful as the one at home. The van although a little dated ( only quoting words of the owner here) was well looked after, very clean and very comfortable. It was in a good position, away from the hive of activity available on site but less than a couple of minutes walk to the boardwalk to access the beach. We would not hesitate to book again.

“I recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely caravan with my dog, and I must say it was an exceptional experience.”

The caravan itself was immaculate the interior was spacious, well-lit and, creating a cosy place to stay. Overall, our experience in this lovely caravan exceeded all expectations, If your looking for a little getaway where you can enjoy quality time with your four legged friend, or even as a family I highly recommend considering this caravan. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

The caravan was great but I would not pay extra for Wi-Fi as we could hardly use it as there was no signal and the telly kept freezing when we were watching a program and I would suggest lamps in bedrooms and a set of small coffee tables in lounge

Thank you for your review Dawn I will taken your suggestions of small coffee tables in lounge as I have already purchased them from Amazon. Thank you for that. The WiFi is problematic as caravans on site in certain areas struggle with signal depending on where your caravan in situated on Haven site. I am swapping it over to another service provider when I return to caravan during the week. Vodafone are offering a great deal on their mobile network and will be changing it over to another decent service network during the week. Thank you Dawn for raising these issues but they are all definitely in hand. Thank you for your thoughtfulness in leaving this kind review to make me aware of these problematic issues you encountered during your stay in my caravan. The property

On Presthaven Beach Resort I have a fantastic immaculate holiday home to let on site.

It has central heating and double glazing, 2 separate toilets for your convenience. It has a full size integrated fridge freezer so it can be filled with a full weeks shopping from nearby Tesco and Iceland in Prestatyn. Prestatyn itself is a very picturesque typical Welsh village which is 5 minutes away from site. I provide a large TV for use with WiFi and also provide a playstation 3 for younger children to use. I also offer FREE bedding (Haven charge £10 per person). I also provide an Iron and Ironing board, also a hoover, mop and bucket and the essential maiden to dry towels after the little 1's have used the swimming baths. Small dogs only. I also provide a hairdryer for use during your stay. Also provided are pots and pans cutlery etc basically everything you and your family will need to make it feel home from home during your stay. Also provided is a welcome pack of Tea, Coffee and Sugar and of course MILK so that you can enjoy a well deserved cuppa after your long drive.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.
