“We have just returned from a lovely bank holiday break.”

There were 4 adults and 2 young children (aged 4 and 2) in our party. When we arrived caravan was very clean and it was easy to access the keys. The caravan was in a quiet location but very near to the main amenities. We could easily walk to all locations. Caravan had all the amenities needed for a lovely break with sufficient space for our group.

The caravan was lovely and clean and very well positioned. The beds were all made up on arrival and the addition of the en-suite toilet was very welcome especially with teenagers. Kitchen was well equipped and all equipment easy to use. The owner was very easy to contact and was extremely helpful.

15 for a long weekend with the grand kids (3 & 6), our 3rd time at this Park and once again it failed to disappoint. The caravan itself is spotless, with everything you need and in our opinion in the best location on the park - on a very quiet cul-de-sac yet a 2 minute walk to the main complex, and a 10 minute stroll to the fantastic beach. The kids adored it, as did we.

“The caravan is in a very good location, only 2 minutes walk away from the main complex and stunning coastal views, however it is in a quiet cul de sac and you cannot hear any noise from the complex.”

The caravan is well maintained with everything you need inside. The beds were made up on our arrival which is great when you’ve travelled far, WiFi was brilliant and so was the sky/sky sports. Great to sit out on the lovely veranda to catch the sun and watch the baby bunnies around the area.. parking space outside the van was perfect. All good we recommend and would return. The holiday park itself is well maintained, very clean, staff were very helpful from arrival at the main entrance to the reception area all staff throughout the complex were great. The park has everything required loads of activities for kids, the beach is very big, we walked about 20 mins along the beach to Filey which is all well kept and a beautiful little place. Just go and enjoy!

Lovely clean caravan, it was fully equipped with everything you needed, plenty of storage in the bedrooms, the WIFI and the TV’S had very good reception, it was close to all amenities yet in a quiet location, Scott the owner is quick to answer any queries, had a lovely sea view, would highly recommend

“What a fantastic caravan , we had such a great little break , very spacious , everything was there for us to have a wonderful stay , super comfy beds with lovely warm duvets , cupboards full of pots pans cutlery etc , lovely dining table , fabulous shower , nice decking area which we used even in October cos we were blessed with sunshine !”

Great TV , games console etc.. Location terrific cos very quiet area and yet only two minute walk to complex.. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed..

“Another fab stay at this caravan.”

The whole process is completely fuss free and Scott is very responsive. The WiFi is the strongest we have had on site, imperative for children and a bonus to have the SKY TV. Very close to the complex whilst being quiet. We had the luxury of lovely weather whilst there. Thank you Scott for another amazing break. We will be back again!

Caravan was very well equipped, clean and in a lovely position close to the sea but in a quiet cul de sac. We could see the main reception from the caravan and be were only a couple of minutes walk from the mini market and takeaways. We had a lovely relaxing break.

Booking was smooth and communication excellent. Perfect location, minutes walk from the main complex yet so peaceful and quiet with no passing traffic. The decking is an all day sun trap. Fully equipped with everything needed including extras to keep the kids amused, tvs in all bedrooms, xbox, sky, dvds. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot and powerful. The only negative, we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the opportunity to recharge and have some quality family time. Fully recommend this owner and his holiday home.

“This caravan had everything we needed.”

Wi-Fi, Xbox and tv’s in the kids bedrooms, it made a huge difference on the evenings and the kids were happy whilst I drank my wine on the decking haha!! Great location, good for running too, had a run to Filey and back one morning and found the caravan quite easily. Defo will be returning again, thanks again! x

“Would defiantly recommend booking this caravan.”

Me and my daughter stayed here last year and have already booked again for this year. Beautiful well presented caravan and a great location only a 2 minute walk to the main entertainment area. Primrose valley is the best haven site we’ve stayed on. There is also access to a lovely clean beach. Really great hosts ensured everything was ok during our stay. We can not wait to return this year!

The property

The caravan is an Swift Provence and has 3 bedrooms, 1 double with sea view, and 2 twin bedrooms 2 Bathrooms 1 of which is ensuite Beds are made up for your arrival. The caravan is equipped with all mod cons including a dishwasher, central heating and double glazing. 40 inch led tv in the living room with SKY TV inc sports and movies plus wifi and a 22 inch tv in all bedrooms, xbox one. There is a decked area to the front with seating so you can relax in the sun. The caravan also has its own parking bay to the front. We are situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac 2 mins walk away from the main centre Please note that Funworks passes for the complex on site are not included in the rental cost of our caravan unless agreed and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
