Welcome to our lovely " Home from Home " caravan.
We are situated on the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac on Cedar Vale, with double glazing and gas central heating.
Enclosed front decking with seating and parking for 2 cars.
1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms sleeping up to 8.
The lounge has a smart TV, a corner sofa bed, and an electric fire.
There is also free WiFi broadband for you to use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven/grill, full size fridge freezer, washer, dishwasher and all the utensils you need.
All towels, hand towels and bedding included.
All beds will be made up for your arrival (except sofa bed if required, bedding will be left out for you).
We also supply a small amount of cleaning products along with a cordless hoover, clothes airer, iron and a tabletop ironing board all located in the boiler cupboard.
The main bedroom is a double with a vanity area with a mirror and twin wardrobe, an en-suite toilet with a hand wash basin and smart TV.
Two further bedrooms that are twins have a wardrobe.
Both have TV's with built in DVD player.
We've also provided some DVDs for the children so you can sit back and relax for 5 minutes so you can have a cup of tea or coffee that we have provided for you in the welcome basket that will be located in the kitchen.
Please enjoy the biscuits for yourself and the sweets for the children.
Baby equipment can also be provided- highchair and travel cot at no extra cost.

Strictly no smoking or vaping.
DOGS WELCOME ( Maximum 2 dogs ) as long as they are well behaved and supervised at all times.
There will be a blanket provided for the dog/dogs to use on the furniture.
Please do NOT allow them on the beds.
In the welcome basket there will be some poo bags and treats so they don't feel left out.
There is a refundable deposit to pay of £100.
Please note this will be refunded back to you after the cleaner has inspected the caravan.
Please be aware if there is any damage/ breakage, signs of smoking or damage from pets, this will not be refunded back to you.
Outstanding balance to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday date.
Arrival time is 2pm and the departure time is 10am.
Please note if you are late leaving, this may affect your refunded deposit.
Play passes are NOT included in the price and can be purchased on arrival at the main reception or up to 4 weeks in advance on the Haven website.
Please note that the main facilities close on 10th November, however the caravan is still available through to the 4th January for a peaceful stay or a Christmas/New Year away.
We offer affordable and flexible (1 or 2 days) breaks for you and your family, only available outside peak times.

Primrose Valley offers everything under one roof, Show bars, Amusements, Indoors and Outdoor Swimming pools ( please note that most places are only used by play passes )
Spar shop, Fish and Chips, Papa Johns, Burger King, Starbucks and many more.
There are children's playgrounds across the site, the nearest being 1-2 minutes away from the caravan.
Situated just outside Filey, 20 minutes drive to Bridlington and Scarborough.
If you fancy the extra few miles, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, are not too far away either.
Buses can also be caught on site or just outside the main entrance.
Supermarkets such as Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury's and Morrison's are all situated within Filey, Bridlington, and Scarborough.
The code to access the box that holds the key will be sent to you on the day in time for your arrival.
