“My wife our dog Bonnie and myself had a pleasant weeks stay at Kerry's caravan.”

The facilities in the caravan were excellent.The only thing we found missing was Wi-Fi which we tend to use a lot. Although the weather was not as good as it could have been we had a relaxing holiday. Would recommend.

Excellent communication with owners. Great for disabled guests- could have just done with a shower seat as my husband is unable to stand up and therefore was unable to use the shower. Would highly recommend.

“We had a great time in this caravan .”

Easy to manoeuvre a wheelchair into van with the ramp access. Sliding doors are a treat and made our life simple showering and assisting my son to bed . (We as a family are new to this) . Lovely quiet patch .We found Primrose accessible except for an exception in live Bar My granddaughter wanted to see the show. We found a table near the stage but was unable to get the wheelchair down the 3 stairs . But that’s haven problem to solve . Thankyou

“The caravan was well equipped beautiful and extremely clean.”

I had a wheelchair user in our party and i honestly didnt expect all the extras that were in the van. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would definitely recommend this beautiful caravan.

“A lovely weekend at Primrose valley, the caravan was fantastic close t amenities, whilst been situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with off road parking.”

My wife has mobility issues but with the adaptations in the caravan she felt quite at ease. I will be booking this for another break in the near future.

This is our beautiful family caravan situated in a quiet area of the only 5 star site on this stretch of coast.- Primrose Valley Fully Accessible Caravan with Private parking space Only a short 10 minute walk to beach Close to Lakeside area and entertainment Ramp access to large spacious veranda with outdoor sofa and chairs at front and a further table and chairs to side. Leading to 2 wide external doors, spacious and wheelchair friendly interior with widened sliding internal doors Raised double and single bed in large bedroom both with Manual hoist Normal size single beds in small bedroom Grab rails in bathroom in and outside of large adapted shower and toilet with pull down rail.

/ heated towel rail, Large spacious kitchen with all modern accessories - microwave / fridge with small freezer - normal size double oven.

Pull out sofa bed in lounge TVs in lounge and small bedroom Heaters in all rooms. Bedding included with 2 towels and tea towels Plenty of cutlery and utensils.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
