The property

The 40x12ft Luxury, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 8 berth static caravan is situated on the Beech Rise area of the Primrose Valley, Filey.

We have double front patio doors which lead to our secure full wrap around decking, We are located a very short distance from the lakehouse, and a few minutes walk from the main complex.

With the beach a few minutes walk. Primrose Valley is Haven's flagship holiday park, so goes out to impress offering something for everyone and great value for money.

The park offers non-stop action boasting 2 swimming pools one on either side of the park, food outlets which include the Lakehouse, Burger King, Papa Johns, Cooks Fish and Chips, slim chickens, Millies cookies and the family friendly Mash and Barrel, also the mini market where you van get all your seaside treats and everyday products.

Primrose Valley is a 5* caravan park. With the many activities to do on park both outdoor and indoor there are also some beautiful seaside towns within a short distance such as Bridlington, Scarborough, and Whitby. 40x12ft Modern luxury caravan. Check in time is from 3pm Check out time is 10am IMPORTANT INFROMATION: Entertainment passes for the complex are not included within the rental cost of your holiday and can be purchased from reception if you choose to.

Passes are not essential to stay on primrose Valley but are a must if you wish to use some facilities on the park such as swimming and access to both entertainment venues.

FILEY

Scarborough 7.7 miles; Bridlington 10.5 miles.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
