The property

Our Holiday Home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is not overlooked at 8 Aspen Court Primrose Valley, Out fully central heated, double glazed, high-end home offers a relaxing open plan lounge with full-sized free-standing sofa's, we have a 55 inch smart TV, There is a remote-controlled efficient electric fire.

Patio Doors lead onto a large patio area with garden furniture and wrap-around decking.

Contact me directly for special offers The Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans and much more, including a dishwasher, full-sized fridge freezer, full oven, built-in microwave, kettle, toaster , slow cooker and Air Fryer, There is plenty of cupboard and workspace.

For your convenience, there is an iron and table top ironing board.

The master bedroom has an excellent range of wardrobes and drawers, a high-quality KING-SIZED bed, which I will prepare for your arrival, a sanitised deep mattress, freshly laundered mattress protector and quality bedding.

You will also find a hair dryer in the master bedroom.

We have a full en suite bathroom including full sized bath and shower, storage shelves with toiletries for your convenience, a shaving point, complete with freshly laundered towels The main shower room has large shower, sink and toilet, mirrored storage unit, as well as freshly laundered towels The twin bedroom has full-sized single beds, again sanitised deep mattresses, with mattress covers, in an L-shaped format, which gives more space to stand in this room, there is again plenty of storage space I will prepare our home for you myself, it will be clean and well-presented.

I will include a welcome pack free of charge, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your holiday as soon as you have unpacked. We selected this premium pitch from many we had to chose from, positioned in a quiet location, on a cul-de-sac, not being overlooked, being south facing, with good parking right outside the caravan, as well as the decking we have a large grass area adjacent to the caravan This 5-star haven holiday park offers lots to do if you require that.

We require a non-refundable £50.00 deposit, with the full balance due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Due to the quality of fixtures and fittings, we do not allow dogs, we require a £100 security deposit, which will be returned to you if our home is left clean and tidy with no breakages or missing items, no later than 5 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a none smoking none vaping home There are electric vehicle charging points at main reception, holiday homes are not suitable for the charging of electric vehicles.

Therefore the charging of electric vehicles is NOT permitted from our holiday homes or any home on this sites.

All we ask is that you leave our home clean and tidy, bins emptied floors hoovered.

If extensive cleaning is required, excessive use of gas and electricity or damage a deduction will be made from your security bond. Thank you for looking Gill and Jim

About the location

FILEY

Scarborough 7.7 miles; Bridlington 10.5 miles.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
