The property

Welcome to the “KEELOVAN” swift Bordeaux, 3 bed, sleeps 6.

Located in a perfect central spot on cedar vale.

It’s just a 2-minute walk to the entertainment complex and to outdoor activities.

Located on a corner plot so not overlooked with a big patch of grass to the side to play on or let dogs out. 3 bedrooms, a double and 2 twin rooms, sleeps 6 and there is a toddler's park 20 seconds away. We have mains supply GCH and DG windows. There are 2 outdoor seating areas.

1 undercover at the front with access through the patio doors.

The other to the side with table and chairs to enjoy dining al fresco. The caravan has a smart tv and WiFi for your convenience, with sky tv now installed.

All bed linen and towels are provided along with all kitchen utensils and crockery.

Included in the booking are basics such as washing up liquid, cleaning spray, cloths, tea, coffee, sugar and tea towels, so not to worry about packing those things.

We also have bats balls and other bits including board games and books for you to enjoy.

Filey golf course is right around the corner and is a must for any keen golfers.

If you get the weather it’s like playing in the algarve.

Direct beach access is just a short walk from the van, head all the way along the beach into Filey for some fish and chips.

Dogs are welcome.

However, they’re not permitted in the bedrooms or on the beds under any circumstances.

They do stay for free with no extra charge and cleaning is complimentary all included in the package.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
