The property

This beautiful 3 bedroom caravan overlooks one of the largest lakes on the park, benefiting from a prime south-facing location with stunning views over the lake.

This has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with french doors leading out onto the stunning glass veranda with rattan seating.

The kitchen has all the mod cons, including a dishwasher and coffee machine.

The living room has a spacious seating area.

There are three bedrooms that sleep up to 7 people.

One double bedroom with en suite, one twin room with L-shaped bunks and one twin room with two singles that can be made into a double bed with an additional high sleeper.

My caravans are dog-friendly.

This lakeside caravan is just 200 steps from the beach entrance; this is a dog-friendly beach all year round. Primrose Valley is perfect for families, couples and singles alike who enjoy full-on, action-packed holidays but also for those who like a more relaxed vibe.

Primrose Valley really does have it all, and it's up to you, what you get involved in!

This particular caravan is set in a quiet location on the park.

If you want a more relaxed holiday, you can get free access to: Direct beach access from the park, with a dog-friendly beach, all year round.

Just a 20-minute walk along the beach into Filey, where there are lots of dog-friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs, with local shops and amusements too.

Or a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction to the beautiful cliff-top cafe at Reighton Gap, with views over the beach and out to sea.

Perfect for a fresh spring walk or a full summer day at the beach.

This caravan overlooks one of the larger, private lakes on the park.

There are three swimming pool areas on the park.

The splash Waterworld has three separate pools within it, including a beach style pool for the younger ones, jacuzzi areas, slides, jets, streams, fountains, the list is endless.

The other pool at the lakeside building also has a slide and jacuzzi area.

There are two pools located outside, which are open, weather dependant, usually from May through to September.

Scarborough 7.7 miles; Bridlington 10.5 miles.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
