Our luxury prestige, 3 bedroomed, caravan is situated on Rose View which has unobstructed sea views, with views of Filey Bay to the north and Flamborough Head to the south.
Rose View lies 2 minutes from the beach path and 1 minute from the main complex.
Our pitch has one of the best views on Primrose Valley!
Our caravan is double glazed and centrally heated throughout.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an integrated fridge freezer, full sized cooker and a microwave, There is a lovely dining table which is open plan to the kitchen making it feel large, bright and airy.
The lounge is stunning with three seater and two seater sofas, with pull out double bed, There is a flat screen smart tv in the lounge.
From the lounge there are patio doors which lead onto a large wrap around, gated deck, perfect for the warm summer evenings.
There are 3 bedrooms, one double, with fitted wardrobe, dressing table, an en-suite , TV and hairdryer, and two twin rooms which have a TV and fitted wardrobes There is also a main shower room which make it perfect for a family holiday.
Water, gas ,electricity and WiFi are included in the price of your holiday and beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
We do not supply towels.
Our caravan is family owned and we have a strict no smoking rule.
There are 2 parking spaces next to our caravan.
We also own the luxury, prestige caravan next door ( see ref number 5327 ) so we can accommodate family groups of up to 16 guests.
Funworks passes, if required, may be purchased at the check in reception when you arrive.
Check in time is from 3pm and check out time is 10am.
