    “Arrived at Caravan in a lovely position and parking available Firstly found no high chair as advertised not good when you have an 18 month old Secondly when getting the travel cot out found it mouldy , dirty full of food and with a broken leg.”

    We managed to mend the leg clean out all the food that had been left behind and use the mattress that thank god we had taken with us Its not ideal putting an 18 month old to sleep on a mould covered mattress I contacted the person I had booked the caravan with. Who said they would contact the owner

This 38ft x12ft Platinum graded 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 6 berth static caravan is located on the Laural Rise area of the Primrose Valley resort, with a nice under 2 mins walk to the complex. Primrose Valley is Haven's flagship caravan holiday park, so goes out to impress offering something for everyone and great value for money.

The park offers non-stop action boasting 4 swimming pools and new extention with relaxation pool open May 2016.

Food outlets which include Papa Johns, Cooks Fish and Chips, West Pier Burger Restaurant and a family friendly Mash and Barrel pub.

Primrose Valley is a 5* caravan park, direct beach access, On site mini market convenience store with gift shop that sells a variety of everyday products. This Platinum Graded caravan with Double Glazing and Central heating has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests.

Scarborough 7.7 miles; Bridlington 10.5 miles.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
