“WOW! what a beautiful caravan.”

It had everything we needed and very clean. Even though the park was very busy the caravan is in In a quiet area but only 10 minute walk from the club. We will definitely be booking again. We would highly recommend.

“We were very pleased with caravan and the location.”

It was very well equipped with everything you would need.We had an issue with the boiler/heating and hot water but Mandie acted very quickly when informed and the problem was sorted. Unfortunately, for us, the weather was very poor which is very unusual for us when we go at the same time every year but we had a good holiday nonetheless. Will return.

“Ideal location, lovely caravan with all the facilities you need with sunny veranda and front porch decking with furniture and cushions.”

Lovely white cotton bedding giving extra comfort. Good tv reception and wifi. A lot of owners possessions still around which may limit wardrobe space if a family of 6 were hiring but that may be addressed when the owners know the number in the party booking. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

It is lovely and clean . Really nice inside, Mandie has thought of everything , it is perfect.. The position is in a quiet location which we prefer. There were 5 of us and a dog, we really enjoyed it. Definitely stay there again. Thank you Mandie for letting us stay.

“More like a lodge than a caravan.”

Loads of room to move. The decking around front f and side brought in all the sunshine. 2 toilets a great boon. Great for the dog too. Car parked just near caravan. Quiet area of park, near to lake complex.

“We've just had our second holiday in this lovely caravan first time on our own with our dog second time with our young grandchildren.”

The caravan is very well equipped super clean and comfortable, the two toilets handy! Even though the site is huge with loads to keep the kids happy it sits on a quiet cul de sac where the decking gets the sun all day.Mandie is a lovely person to communicate with and a big help. We would definitely recommend the caravan. Hopefully we will return soon

“Got back yesterday from a weeks holiday with my partner and little dog, we all want to be back there!”

! Caravan is beautiful inside and out, mandie has thought of everything and more, there is iron and ironing board, hairdryers, hoovers, toasty machine and even a washing machine and personally i think there is more cleaning stuff in there than my local asda lol. They let you use their wifi and netflix for free, the beds were made up on arrival for free, we didnt have to pay extra for the dog, which might not seem much but as most people charge extra for these things, i think it is a really nice touch. The caravan is very spacious warm and comfy with tvs in both bedrooms aswell as the living room, the balcony is ideal for pets and chilren if you have them, you know you can take your eyes off them and dont have to worry that they have escaped. We book caravans 3 or 4 times a year in different places, primrose valley being 1 of our favourites. I will definately be booking this caravan again next year if mandie will have us. Thankyou again for letting us use your beaufiful caravan xxx

“To be honest the photos don’t do this caravan justice it is lovely and very cosy Right from the start Mandie dealt with everything very prompt and professional, all rooms are a very good size and very comfortable.”

The nicest thing for us was the location being in a culdesac with no through road made for a very peaceful holiday . We have stayed in tons of caravans over the years and this is up there with the nicest. Thanks again Mandie I have recommended to all my work colleagues

In a nice cul de sac in the park, nice walk along the beach to Filey about 30mins steady walk, we did not have the passes as we do not do clubs and definitely not needed with the lovely x 2 verandas this caravan as, The pub across the road we had a drink did not eat you do not need passes, Definitely be back without a doubt. If you are looking for a fantastic caravan then do not hesitate on booking this you will not be disappointed ???? Thanks so much Mandie

“We are a family of four with two young children and spent a week here at the end of August.”

We had a great time in this lovely caravan. You can really tell it's someones home from home, it's in such good condition and has been well maintained. The caravan itself was clean, comfortable, and felt spacious. We easily managed to fit a travel cot in the main bedroom for our young baby. When the sun is out, you could sit in it all day if you wanted to as it seemed to be on the veranda for most of the day. The caravan is situated in a quiet area close to the lake house and about 10 or so min walk to the main entertainment. One thing I also noticed is how a lot of the other caravans in other areas of the park were so close to each other whereas the ones in this cul-de-sac had much more space between them. Communication with Mandie prior to booking and whilst at the caravan was very good. Mandie was very helpful and really went the extra mile when I mentioned my partner sometimes suffers with allergies so we weren't sure whether to book with it being a pet friendly caravan. Mandie informed the cleaners of this and let us know what pet would be there the week before so we could be prepared. My partner had no issues at all while we were there. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday and if we were to holiday at Primrose Valley again we wouldn't think twice about staying in this caravan.

“Fantastic modern caravan in great location!”

Caravan had everything and more- Mandie really has thought of everything. Weather was great so the verandas were perfect. We didn't encounter any problems as Mandie had answered all our questions on welcome sheet.Location was great in a quiet part of the park near the lake house. We had a 13 year old teenager and a dog and we all had a fabulous stay in the caravan. We would highly recommend .

I took my mum who is partly desabled and Mandie sorted a company for a wheelchair for me, we had trouble with WiFi and Mandie quickly sorted the problem without any fuss and then checked up to make sure everything was ok! Caravan in a nice quiet part of the park, home from home with all mod cons. Will certainly stay here again, we had a lovely time even though the weather didn’t play it’s part. Thank you Mandie, great customer service!!

“We stayed here for a weeks holiday in August with our two teenage Sons.”

The caravan surpassed all our expectations!! It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with it's own car parking bay and beautiful wrap-around veranda which gets the sun on it all day. It has two sets of rattan tables and chairs, ideal for eating outside in the sun. The interior of the caravan blew us away. It has a very modern interior, is exceptionally clean and has so many hidden extras eg. TVs in both bedrooms, washing machine, security alarm, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner, to name but a few. The owners, Nicholas and Mandie were extremely thorough in their communication, providing all the necessary information prior to the holiday and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a lovely holiday. I would thoroughly recommend anyone thinking of staying at Primrose Valley to book this caravan you will not be disappointed. Thank you once again for letting us stay in your beautiful caravan we will definitely be booking again in the future.

Magnolia Court is situated in a great quiet cul-de-sac location. 2 minute walk to Lakeside complex, with outdoor cinema, out door pool, lakeside restaurant and bar areas. 10 minute walk to the main complex and entertainment. Our beautiful 2 bedroom caravan, Sleeps 6 and is Pet Friendly.

Scarborough 7.7 miles; Bridlington 10.5 miles.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
