    “The position is fantastic a beautiful site with immaculate statics ,every body is really friendly .”

    And the site is peaceful .Unfortunately the static is very tired ,on arrival you notice the dated decking and broken gate ,once inside again very dated the lounge blinds are broken the furniture is very shabby and you do need to take throws [ makes it more homely] the carpet is ready for a change and the duvets and pillows ,the kettle and pans could do with replacing , the shower was good with plenty of hot water .The price was fair and we didnt spent a lot of time in the caravan as we were out ...

The property

James & Mandy welcome you to our caravan at 25 the pines .

You can find us on Upper Carr Caravan Park just off A169 We are approximately 1.5 miles from Pickering historic market town centre which has lots of shops, bars, restaurants, museums and castle We are also within easy reach of Scarborugh (20m) Whitby (20m) Eden camp (5m) and flamingo land (2m).

Pickering steam train has lots of different trips which run daily in the summer months as well as annual events such as the war weekend. We would you love you to enjoy all that we have to offer in our holiday home which has tea and coffee for you on arrival two bedrooms (one king size bed en-suite and two singles) one shower room dining area inside and out lounge area with tv - Bose docking station kitchen with separate fridge and freezer microwave and toaster. To the outside we have a large decking area with table and chairs with bbq south facing for that sun into the late evening.

Bedrooms come with pillows and quilts but you will need to bring your own covers and pillow slips and towels (although bedding and towels can be provided at an extra charge) .

We are a pet friendly holiday home allowing up to 2 pets and you will also find lots of bars and places that are also pet friendly.

Spencers bar and grill is just 100 yards from Upper Carr Caravan Park entrance.

This historic market town, with its full range of amenities and traditional shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, serves as the official gateway to the beautiful North York Moors National Park, home of the Heartbeat countryside. Enjoy a ride on the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway, where Harry Potter fans can even explore some of the locations used in the filming of The Philosopher’s Stone!
