“We arrived with a disabled person.”
No one in the office to find where our caravan was. Eventually a lovely lady came, worked out which caravan we were in. The owner had not sent the details to which one we were in. We were not informed that there was limited Wi-Fi until we asked Mary Anne to find out it was limited which was absolutely no Wi-Fi at all. The disabled young man always listens to his music on his headphones which he had no choice what’s so ever. Yes there was plenty of dvds ,unfortunately he always listened to his music on his headphones. I did ask Mary Anne about the Wi-Fi. Was told there was limited Wifi. There was no Wi-Fi at all, there was a notice on the fire surround that there was limited Wi-Fi that was RUBBISH. I messaged Mary Anne. We were told if we were not happy we could go home & get a refund for the days we would miss. Yes there was a pub on site but closed, the shop that is said to be on site was a garage close to the main road. Safe to say we definitely will not be going to this site again. Couldn’t shower Mr Jemsons son as the shower floor was very slippy, needs shower mat.
