Welcome to our lovely modern 6 berth caravan on the popular site Blue Dolphin Holiday Park, Filey.
This is our 2018 summer house family pet friendly caravan, located on a quiet area of the park, perfect for a quiet weekend away or a fun filled holiday with the kids.
Our holiday home is modern and spacious, with a 43inch smart tv in the lounge, central heating, electric fire and a separate dining area.
Included is free WIFI, iiron with ironing board.
We have 2 bedrooms with beds made up on arrival plus a lounge pull out bed with bedding available on request.
The main bedroom has a 24inch tv and a hairdryer.
The smaller bedroom has a 22inch tv.
A travel cot is available on request, please specify on booking if these are required as they will not be available on arrival.
A spacious shower is situated in the main bathroom.
With complimentary toilet rolls, hand towel and bathmat.
Our 2nd bathroom homes a 2nd toilet and sink facilities.
Hand towels are included.
The spacious kitchen includes a gas cooker, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and microwave.
Self catering equipment is available with crockery and cutlery available for 6 people.
Tea, coffee, sugar is included as well as washing up liquid, cleaning products, bin bags and tea towels.
Our small decking area will host a table and chairs and solar lighting for those beautiful warm summer nights ????
Fun works passes are not included but are required to use the pool and entertainment facilities.
These can be purchased from reception or we can send a link for you to purchase them online.
This will give you plenty of time to book activities.
SMALL PRINT
A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
This will be redeemed from your final balance.
The final balance needs to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday arrival date.
A £50 refundable damage bond is required 1 week before your arrival date(This will be refunded within 7 days of your holiday ending, after inspection of the caravan for damages or evidence of smoking) Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the caravan.
If this rule is broken you may loose your returnable damage bond.
It is advisable to take out your own holiday insurance as us the owners and blue dolphin are not liable for damage or accidents to yourselves, your guests or your property in or around the caravan.
We do ask all residents to respect our neighbours around the caravan.
This is used as our holiday home and have lovely, friendly neighbours who use their caravans as a 2nd home, some are elderly so please be aware of this when coming home late at night :) Thankyou for understanding x
