A beautiful Silver Grade, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom caravan situated on the Spruce Ridge part of the park, with a lovely, slight sea view on a clear day, and grassy areas for children to play games, fly kites, have picnics and more.
There is a small decking area to the front.
The living room has a large U shaped sofa and an electric fire.
We also have have Wifi and a Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix and Prime.
The kitchen has all amenities including cutlery, plates, pans, oven with a hob, air fryer, kettle, microwave, toaster and a full size fridge freezer.
The kitchen also benefits from a lovely breakfast bar, and to the side connecting onto the kitchen is a lovely dining area with a table for 6.
The caravan has three bedrooms, one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite with a double shower.
The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes in each.
Quilts and pillows are provided for all the beds with bed linen made up for your arrival.
There are 2 bathrooms, one communal bathroom with a toilet, sink and single shower, one en-suite with a toilet, sink and double shower.
We do allow 1 small well behaved pet for an additional cost of £25.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price and can be purchased at the reception.
This is our holiday home too, so we ask that you respect and look after it.
