OK mostly, felt like handles were falling off when closing windows, quite a bit of dust in areas, very dangerous lamp overhead in what I presume is main bedroom, which when dark becomes a real injury risk and also looked n felt like it was going to fall off, there was no mop or brush to clean the floor which when pets are allowed is useful especially when weather is bad or you've been to the beach areas, but worst part was probably the shower, which was basically a joke, unless you are 3ft tall even then the shower head is flowing at you and the shower screen which then leaks through! The bath was only suited for small kids if anything. Overall just not great compared to other vans on the site sadly, was just a shame as the site location and view was nice.

Thank you for your feedback, the light in the bedroom is new, I will replace it, there was long brushes and short brushes with dustpan provided but they must have gone for some reason, I will replace these,
The shower is free standing for you to use as you please, the holder is just there to put it back when you have finished with it, as I haven’t got an electric shower, I’ll see if I can put it higher,
The bath is a small bath, it’s in the pictures provided on the advertising page,
My caravan is an old caravan (18 years old) so it’s not state of the art caravan and I’ve never advertised it to be the best caravan on site, there are plenty of caravans on the site that are more modern, I’ve worked hard since 2018 to get it established and to try and give my guests a good experience, sorry it wasn’t good enough for you but thank you for booking with me
