The property

A true home from home fully equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay including free standing sofas (one which turns into a double bed) a 40 inch smart TV with free view play and a Blu Ray player with a selection of Blu Rays to enjoy. Electric fire on the wall with mood lighting.

Spacious kitchen diner with everything required for your self catering needs. Benefiting from 2 bedrooms, main with a large built in wardrobe, drawers & under bed storage and access to the bathroom which includes a double shower via a Jack and Jill door. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, plenty of storage and built in cupboards with drawers.

Gas central heating throughout. Outside we have a gated decking which is south facing and attracts the sun for most of the day, also a 4 piece rattan furniture set to enjoy the summer evenings (outdoor cushions in the storage box) The caravan also comes with 2 parking spaces.

Popular since Victorian times, the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town.
