The property

Our Caravan is situated in a lovely area of the Park with nearby car parking.

The Caravan has central heating and has a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite toilet, two twin rooms, a separate family bathroom with full size shower, open plan kitchen with range of units, gas cooker, microwave, built in fridge freezer.

A lovely lounge complete with large screen tv, large fitted sofa and a dining table.

The beach is just a short walk away and all amenities close at hand.

Just bring your own linen, or if you prefer linen can be provided at extra charge. No Animals or Smoking is permitted in the caravan.

Please note we do not accept Hen or Stag Parties or Large Same Sex Adult Groups.

No over-occupancy allowed and non-smoking / no pets/ animal permitted.

Amount payable in the event that you need to cancel your booking. Within 30 days or less Full Amount Payable* Within 31 to 60 days 50% Payable* Within 61 to 90 days 25% Payable* Over 91 days 10% * A refund of up to 75% of the original booking cost can be applied, dependent on the holiday home being fully re-let during the period originally booked. A £100 security deposit which will be returned after the booking once its confirmed there are no damages. Please note if that park closes due covid regulations a full refund will be given, we encourage you to take out your own travel insurance as refunds will not given due to covid related cancellations however we will offer the option to change your available dates to later in the year. Please note check in is from 4pm and check out is 10am.

Cayton Bay Holiday Park is situated on one of the most popular stretches of coastline for tourists and holidaymakers, you’ll have no issues filling your time up with exciting ideas and adventures when staying here. One of the best examples is the town of Scarborough, situated just a 15-minute drive north of this holiday park. Known for its beautiful beach that stretches around the bay and offers exceptional views of Scarborough Castle on the headland, it’s also home to the brilliant SEA LIFE Scarborough aquarium and a popular amusement park known as Luna Park, which sits on the northern end of the beach at the foot of the castle.

If you’re hoping to venture further out to explore the rest of the coast, then travel north to the town of Robin Hood’s Bay.
