It is 5 mins from a beautiful beach and a short drive or bus journey to either Filey or Scarborough.
This is our family holiday home and not a business and we look forward to sharing it with you, unfortunately we don’t allow pets or stag and hen groups,
It is an extremely spacious 6 berth lodge with residential spec insulation so maintains a comfortable temperature.
There are 2 bedrooms and double sofa bed in lounge.
The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, bath en-suite, dressing table and smart tv, the twin room has 2 full size single beds, dressing table and smart tv.
There is a large well equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso vertuo machine.
There is also a complimentary welcome pack including tea, coffee and sugar.
The lounge has loads of room for a family with a sofa bed, cosy gas fire and smart tv and there are sliding doors between the kitchen and lounge for added privacy if used as a bedroom or to keep it cosy in the evening.
Free wifi is included in the price and guests can purchase entertainment passes at reception on arrival
We provide clean bedding and beds with be made on arrival as is tea towel and bath mats, you just need to bring your own towels.
We ask for a security bond of £100 to cover damages We understand accidents can happen and ask if you can inform of any breakages befor you leave so we can replace before our next guests arrive.
Strictly no smoking or pets as family member is allergic, failure to adhere to this will result in loss of security bond.
The caravan is cleaned and checked between visits, we kindly ask that you leave the van as you find it and dispose of rubbish in one of the recycling points on site.
On satisfactory inspection of the caravan your bond of £100 will be refunded
Check-in is 3pm with keys in key safe
Checkout is 10am
