“This was not our 1st visit to Cayton Bay, but was our first visit to this caravan.”

The owners were quick and efficient with details about the caravan and a guide how to access the caravan and sending any information we needed. Upon arrival the caravan was nice and clean. I had an enquiry about the heating and Mark was quick to respond and sort the issue, and later checked back to make sure everything was ok. The caravan was in a lovely location, close to the entertainment venue with parking directly outside. The weather was kind and we enjoyed time on the veranda outside. I would not hesitate to book with Mark and Chrissie again. Thank you both for a lovely stay, we look forward to booking again soon.

The caravan was so clean and was above and beyond what we were expecting. The caravan is dog friendly and our furry friend had the loveliest time away! We can't thank M&C enough for a lovely weekend on the coast. The caravan is in a great location, near the entertainment complex and the beach.

“Just returned from a mid week break at Cayton Bay.”

, grand parents and 3 grandchildren. Had a lovely stay at the park, lots of amenities and things for the children to do at the park. The caravan is situated ideally close to these, so not far for little ones to walk. The caravan itself was very new, and clean and had everything needed for our 4 night stay.

“Unfortunately after a pleasant stay at Cayton Caravan Park the owner of this caravan claimed our deposit for some minor damage that we are 100% certain we did not cause.”

He sent a couple of blurred photos out of context and undated, that could have been taken anywhere at any time, of a blemish he claims we did to a kitchen door. He then accused us of abusing his property. A very unpleasant end to our week away with our daughter and grandson. So BEWARE when you arrive at this caravan. Take detailed, dated photos of everything as you dont know what you will be accused of. Your deposit will be given to the owner by Ukcaravans4hire without any discussion or without any proper proof. We were astonished to discover that the innocent until proven guilty aspect of British law doesn't apply when booking accommodation through Ukcaravans4hire. Appears to be completely unregulated.

My mistake I had thought passes were included but sadly they weren’t and at 26.95 per person with 8 of us it was disappointing to find out the cost just to swim. Overall though we had an amazing stay

“We had a brilliant time on our three night break!”

The caravan (really more like a lodge) was excellent, It was really clean and had all the necessities and lots of ‘extras’… blankets for cold nights, smart tv for wet weather and lovely veranda for making the most of elusive British sunshine! The site is an excellent location, a few minutes to the Cleveland Way or the beach, pub on site to dodge raindrops and great chippy or takeaway pizzas if you don’t fancy cooking. This owner was particularly attentive and super helpful. Whole break was seamless. We hope to return.

Close to facilities on the park which the kids loved. Great location near to lovely beach (walking distance), nice lively site with lots to do. Owners very good to deal with and very helpful. Would recommend- we had a lovely time and a very comfortable stay.

It was spotless bed was very comfortable. Nice to sit on the decking . Mark is easy to communicate with although never beaded anything in the caravan . The owners have thought of everything even down to tea and sugar too . Will definitely go again

“Caravan is very close to park centre with all attractions and food etc so would be brilliant for families.”

Wi-Fi that we used was poor and dropped out a lot throughout the entire stay other than that caravan is beautifully kept and when I messaged owners about the Wi-Fi they responded very quickly.

Cayton Bay Scarborough is such a beautiful amazing, friendly place for you and your family too go on holiday. There is such a lot to do for all the family too have fun at all age's, sunshine or rain the park includes, evening entertainment with amusements arcade including VR games just outside the entertainment area.

Also in the same area is climbing and balancing activities and trampolines, crazy golf, giant chess, and many more activities. With amazing walks and views to see Cayton Bay will not disappointment you.
