“I absolutely loved my stay at this caravan, from the moment of opening the door it felt homely.”

The bed in the double room was very comfy and the room spacious to get ready in. I was happy there was two toilets with there been 6 of us. The decking area was lovely to sit in the sun and have meals on in the hot weather. Will definitely be returning here next summer. Pam the owner has been very helpful throughout my booking, stay and afterwards. 5 star service ??. All my children had the best stay and want to return next summer also. I loved how close the caravan is to the main complex aswell.

“Lovley comfortable, clean caravan in a quiet, friendly park.”

The owner is very helpful and responds quickly to communication. The park is great for families, loads for kids to do, Lovley walks and beach. The location is excellent for exploring the area.

The caravan was amazing with loads of room and everything we needed. The site has loads of things to do for the children and adults. Beach is beautiful (just a bit of a hike back up the hill) We will definitely return (hopefully with some better weather) Ricky Howland..

Caravan was clean and as described. Very comfortable. Only 10 mins walk to the beach and close to main entertainment area. Caravan had everything you needed. Nice decking area which was ideal for the dogs.

Great communication with the owner. Caravan was lovely and clean and very welcoming. Home from home. Plenty of d.v.ds for the kids to watch with Freeview, hairdryers and umbrella provided which was a nice touch. Was nice to have a decking with secure gate for the dog and table and chairs outside. Parkdean resort had plenty to do for the kids and we loved the bingo. We went out and about visiting outside the resort. Your literally 5 minutes away from Filey and 10-15 minutes from Scarborough in the car so a great location. Cayton Bay beach is a nice quiet beach. I did my morning walk there with the dog. Would definitely recommend and visit again ????
