“We stayed in Paula’s other caravan last year and loved it, so we booked this one as the other was fully booked.”

What more can I say but perfect on every level, spotless, smelled amazing, loved the quirky decor and the little extras, biscoffs, tassimo pods, paid for apps on the Tv,. The caravan park was quiet and well situated for the beach and shops. Can’t wait to come back for a third year if you’ll have us…..thankyou!

“Lovely clean caravan, well equipped and situated close to a lovely beach, park and promenade, with options of steps or slopes down to the beach it was brilliant.”

Shops and takeaways very local, and enjoyed the gentle train noises as they passed by (passenger day time train only - no trains at night). Caravan site is well kept and mowed regularly. Pitch and putt and football golf 5 mins walk away, Lots of fantastic beaches to visit in the area. Really enjoyed our holiday, thanks Paula! Hope to be up again next year.

Everything is immaculately clean with a few handy essentials such as milk, coffee and toilet rolls left for guests. Would definitely recommend, excellent location for both the beach front and town centre

“First time in using this caravan and what a delight it was.”

Paula was very welcoming and the caravan was lovely. No doggy smell and super clean. The attention to detail was fab. We were provided with towels, blankets,toiletries, cleaning products. You name it, we had it. The site itself is a lovely little site very close to filey sea front. There was great park, mini boating lake, mini golf and trampolines within walking distance. We enjoyed watching our children play with other children on site. All very clean. Thankyou for a lovely stay

Very clean a well looked after. Small, friendly & quiet private site. 10/15 minutes walk into Filey & to beach. Excellent communication from owners who were onsite in another caravan and on hand to help with any queries or questions. “We've just spent the Easter weekend in this beautifully furnished caravan.”

It had everything we could possibly need and more. The hosts were attentive and checked to see if all was well, which we appreciated. The location to the town and beach, was easily reached by foot. The area is breathtaking and we would highly recommend this accommodation for couples and families.

“Cannot fault our 1 night stay.”

Caravan was clean, modern and had everything we needed (especially the coffee machine, air fryer and heated electric blanket in main bedroom) ordered a Chinese takeaway to site and did a small shop at the local Tesco prior to the stay so didn’t need to bring loads of things with us. Close to park for young children and within walking distance to the beach! Would 100% recommend! Thanks for having us :) x

“Having stayed on this site previously in 2021, it was just a case of looking for a suitable caravan for the dates required.”

A quick search online found caravan Q4 on the website ukcaravans4hire. The caravan met all of our requirements so we booked it immediately. It was a really easy and straight forward process and was followed up with some great communication from the owners of the caravan. The caravan itself was very clean and tidy and contained everything that we required for our stay. We either ate out or ordered a takeaway so we didn't use any of the cooking facilities but I'm sure that there was everything required had we chosen to cook something ourselves. There was a great WiFi connection plus a large smart TV with access to a load of TV apps, e.g. iplayer, ITVx, C4 etc. We would definitely recommend this caravan to anyone looking for somewhere to stay within a short walking distance of Glen Gardens and the sea front (South side).

. perfect caravan. Got everything you need and more.. clean..fresh.. lovely decor.. and the beds are so comfy! Best sleep I've had in ages! Great customer service with ease of booking.. owners are lovely and happy to help with any queries. Would definitely recommend this caravan for a place to stay.. Will be booking again very soon ! ???? Great location aswell.. 5 mins to beach!

The property

Our caravan is in the middle of Wright Seadale, Filey.

There is a parking space at the side of the caravan and further parking on the site. Outside there is a spacious south-facing decking area with a dining table, 2 benches and extra chairs. The caravan has its own private WiFi, a LED smart tv, air fryer, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, hairdryer and fan are all provided.

There is a gas fire in the main living area, a heated towel rail in the bathroom and a portable electric panel heater is provided. Dogs welcome.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.

Scarborough 7.7 miles; Bridlington 10.5 miles.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
